  Loved the staff: Sarah at front desk was wonderful; bartender at pool who's name I can't remember but who was a wealth of information about dining options; valet guys -everyone was top notch and super friendly. - Great hotel, service amazing.   From the moment my wife and I arrived, we loved the location, the hotel and the staff. The room was very large with a great seating area and outdoor space. The pool was a very pleasant place to be after a walk into Santa Barbara and back.
