location was great close to beach and downtown. could walk to both. Room overlooked the pool and beach. beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. we were supposed to have a city view but don't think we would have liked those rooms so glad we were in the rooms we were in. Be sure to go to the Lark restaurant 3 blocks from the hotel!!! -

The art work all around the hotel was great and there are 2 seating areas on the 1st floor that are quirkily furnished. We had a small furnished patio on the ground floor the room was very small but had all the facilities you need. The bathroom was modern but tiny. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful. -

Totally the best hotel in this category from what we've visited and seen here so far. Despite it only has 2 stars, the service and facilities are worth 3+ stars. The hotel offers breakfast that's delicious and generous in variety. Premium service and accessories on rooms (radio alarm which allows you to charge iphones and with usb ports, a computer with a printer at the reception for free for visitors). Amazing price.

The fire pit was really nice and the outdoor bar was convenient, the price was affordable, enjoyed the warm pool, flat sreen tv, the bathroom was nice. -

From the moment my wife and I arrived, we loved the location, the hotel and the staff. The room was very large with a great seating area and outdoor space. The pool was a very pleasant place to be after a walk into Santa Barbara and back. The location is great for the beach and connecting highways. -

Free parking and internet! The room was lovely, spacious and the bed fabulous. The hotel is within 2 blocks of several surrounding touristy sites; beach, city park, zoo, bike paths, a small grocery store and more. The hotel itself is roughly 24 rooms which is a welcome change to the super sized chain hotels. I will use this hotel again in the

I honestly loved everything about staying at the Parkside Inn hotel. Try to ask for a montian side room so you can see the pretty view. Comfy beds, immaculate room. I will stay here again when I'm in town!!! Great service!! This is such a quiet place to stay as well. Enjoy
