  The Avalon is a lovely B&B on the quiet end of Duval, or at least as quiet as it ever gets in Key West. We went for a relaxing long weekend with relatives. There is no bar on the premises, but Pearls B&B is just around the corner with a fairly lively and eclectic clientele. The breakfast, served on the front porch area, was ok - no hot dis... ce que les gens disent » hes, but a nice mix of fruit, cereal, yogurt, some sliced meat and cheese, etc. If you've there for a few day and want transportation, there's a bike - Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

  Thank you! We have loved staying at your bed&breakfast! The room was really comfortable and clean, the breakfast was perfect and the location was the best! Next to the Duval Street for shopping, restaurants are near, possibility to walk to the beach(es) and interesting places to visit. This little b&b is so quaint, perfect for the Key West setting. The small patio/pool melded with the poolside rooms so that it was almost an indoor/outdoor feel. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous tourist sites. The roosters and ambiance added a perfect feel to the Key West experience.

  Went to Key West on a Birthday trip with my mom. Our room was beautiful, staff was excellent, wonderful breakfast every morning. Very close to Duval street, but not so close that you can't get a good night's sleep.
