Comfortable, clean, well located and reasonably priced. The free breakfasts were a nice plus. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The in is an easy wlak to downtown Carmel.

The bed is really confortable and the shower ir wonderful!
The breakfast is simple and could offers more options, but thats pretty common among hotels from this level. The hotel has parking included, what gives us more confort. We had a very pleasant stay there! -

It was quiet and peaceful and we would go back in a heartbeat! I am telling all our friends they have to go there when they get a chance. Carmel by the Sea is now my favorite place to visit in the USA. Breakfast was also very nice and fresh daily. Also, the coffee was great! Loved that we could park and not pay too! -

Unfortunately we had to cancel one night of our reservation and that was

Breakfast basket was welcomed in the morning. Very nice accommodation with everything you need. We were recommended to go to Vesuvio in Carmel in the evening but it was basic food and a flat atmosphere. Carmel of a dark evening is not the best place to find your way about so aim to get there early and get your bearings. -

The breakfast baskets in the mornings were delicious and they made life even more relaxing with breakfast in bed! And we could even see the ocean from our room!

What's not to like! A short walk to the ocean. Impeccably clean and beautifully furnished room with a comfortable bed and fireplace. Accommodating the traveler with everything from excellent breakfast (quiche - both vegetarian and ham/cheese, croissant, fresh fruit and more), flashlights just case you are out late on the beach, comfortable quiet

The hotel was lovely, on a very quiet street about a 2 minite walk to the beach. The hotel offered a communal lounge, complimentary water,use of the kkitchen to make drinks and and use thr fridge, it was so nice, like staying at a friends house. We also had a key to the main door as this is locked at night for security. Hotel also had a cuboard in the lobby full of anything u may need from a torch or hair dryer to first aid and batteries. The also offer afternoon tea, a lovely touch.

Staff was nice, although they didn't seem to have many tips for
visiting Carmel. The room is very cute, with a four-post bed. Some
obvious effort was made to make what are slightly older accomodations
look nicer and updated, without necessarily charging extra for it.
It's also a decent value given its location (and quaintness) on the
edge of the main shopping areas of Carmel.

What wasn't there to like! The staff was absolutely wonderful. My BF and I were in town to celebrate his birthday. I requested a special set up in our room before we returned from dinner one evening and Seth knocked it outta the park! Every detail of my request was perfect.

It was placed well in Carmel. Close to everything. The room was amazing.
The staff did everything to make you feel welcome. When we checked out I
left my charger in the room and they called me to let me know they had
it. I found that it is pet freindly and the breakfast delivered to the
room in the morning was a nice touch. I loved this place and will stay
here again when we visit Carmel again.
