his place is very descent and you'll get a lot for your money. The facilities are well maintained; the rooms are clean and spacious! Toilette and shower are clean but small. AC and heating work well, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker are all simple but functional. I've stayed here for weeks at a time for Business a few years ago, this trip was for pleasure I gotta get my shopping on Christmas is near, I like that I'm able to hit the breakfast room for a light snack & head out for my day without having to sit down & eat a breakfast at a restaurant. Which they do have right next door :). I somehow made my reservation for the day before I arrived. The young man who was at the desk was so professional and caring. He said, "no problem, we just carried your reservation over to today and your room is ready". That was impressive and very much appreciated. I rented the room for my daughter and her family from out of town. The room was clean and nice. I was told it had two queen beds but it had a queen and full size bed . It worked out as her girls 5and7 had plenty of room on the bed . I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I also liked the option for the continental breakfast. Customer service was great. I liked that the pool stayed open late as well. Comfortable, firm bed, and plenty of counter space next to the sink. Quiet room, even though we were at the top of the steps. The only noise I heard was a door slamming from next door. Staff member gave us a room on ground floor when she saw I had difficulty walking. Location a little away from downtown made driving in and out easier. Nice drive to Sonoma. Pool and spas were very nice, secluded in a courtyard from the road. Continental breakfast was a nice assortment, and well looked after in terms of re-stocking etc. Priceworthy, well worth the money and quite clean and neat and well taken care of. Everything anyone could want for a trouble free relaxing night over. For a motel the facilities were excellent and provided all the necessary requirements and a decent swimming pool and breakfast. My room happened to be right at the top of a stairwell; hearing people climb up and down the stairs was initially annoying, but then the foot traffic lessened as folks settled in for the night, and all was well. Pet-friendly, so ask for a non-pet room if you don't have a pet with you. Room service didn't seem consistant. What's not to like?. N/A. The people in the next room were super from right from 6am with loud music... it wasn't a problem though as we had to get even earlier than taht... the continental breakfast closes too eary, 930am and not a minute later, should be 1000am for late sleepers. Appearance, dress of front desk staff gave me some initial concern, but the room was good and presented better then staff. Access by car is difficult into parking lot. Breakfast area was cramped, the staff cancelled one of my reservations because they thought I reserved inadvertently twice. They should have called/emailed me to confirm instead. If the evening would have been full, this could have been a disaster of the staff's doing. location, maintenance of fitness machines. Front desk staff confused in making replacement keys. Requested first floor. One room ended up upstairs. Breakfast only adequate.
