The staff was excellent and so helpful with all of our questions about the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, nice pool, great location with easy access to the freeway. Quiet. Warm pool. The scrambled eggs, juice, coffee. Shower Head & dispensers in shower esp. The shampoo. Bed & bedding comfy.

The breakfast was varied and good - staff kept it stocked.Staff was helpful and accommodating. The grounds were very nice. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and breakfast sufficient. Easy access to freeways , close to everything. It was in a nice location. The room was clean. Front desk clerks were friendly. Location is directly off the highway. Price and location is good. Not much to like. Rooms opened directly to the parking, no in room safe, and no chairs on the balcony. Lack of spa. Pool too small. Bacon & potatoes were awful Lack of waffles. Crackely waterproof layer under sheet. No hd tv lack of channels No tv Guide. Could'nd connect to internet help never called back. The pillows are too bulky, not comfortable on the neck; The hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs at breakfast were disgusting, the hard-boiled eggs tasted old and mushy, the scrambled egg was rubbery; The pancake is so-so. Expensive considering the level of accommodations, but a weekend day near Napa is always expensive. The breakfast is so-so, not great but pretty typical. No elevator.....hard to lug your suitcases up and down stairs. Small bathroom , 2 lamps didn't have light bulbs, pillows. pool closed. The towels were rough and the pillows were lumpy. The original rom we were given was not completely clean, called the front desk and they immediately gave us a different room. price was a little high. Booked for two nights, but were given key to our room for one. Around midnight, had to go to the front desk to find out what was happening. There we had to answer all kinds of questions before we could enter our room. breakfast was very poor, stale bread and slow service to replenish food. Watered down orange juice. No table clearing. breakfast. This is a very old motel that shows it's age. They really tried to squeeze too much huge furniture into the double bed room. I think they would get more business if they decreased the price a bit. I would consider staying again if it was not so pricey for what it is. No hot tub. The furniture was comfortable but the trim work was old and needed work. Main ice machine not working. A little spendy for the two doubles instead of two queens. The pillows are small and not comfy. Driveway is hard to get in. The tv remotes and lights for the balcony did not work. There was part of a joint left on the balcony and the beds were very uncomfortable. When I asked the staff to fix the lights and remotes and take care of the joint on the balcony all they did was switch the remotes from sitting area to bedroom and never did anything thing about the joint. I had a young child with me. checked in at 10PM at night and the room was 90 degrees, they knew we were coming and didn't cool down the place TERRIBLE. 2ndly i am partially disabled and didn't know there were NO ELEVATORS. good thing i was not in a wheel chair, that would have been disaster. maybe it talked about it on the website but it was a big shocker to learn there were no elevators and no 1st floor rooms available. Rooms very small. Long wait and/or no food at complimentary breakfast, both days we stayed. Upper floor boards squeaked!! No jacuzzi. The hotel photos make the hotel look much better than the reality. The pool was closed but there was no mention of this on the booking site. We came back to our room to find our door was left open by the cleaning staff but luckily nothing was taken. There were much better hotels for the money. We paid a little over $100 per night but felt it should've been priced around $75-85 per night. The rooms appear large in the booking photos but it was very small. Smelled in our room, breakfast was average. The walls were extremely thin, was woken up before 6am by the tv from the room next door, heard the persons shower, then drop something in the shower then his conversation on his phone, horrible. Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Cancelled my second night & was told it would be no more then $100 for the night yet I was charged $125!!!! Worst hotel stay ever.
