Staff was very friendly. We showed up mid-afternoon before check in time and our room wasn't ready. We were hungry coming from SFO, and when asking about places to go, reception said they'd be happy to have the kitchen serve us on the outside patio or in the restaurant. Which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the room was ready before our food was even served.
all reviews I really liked the charming layout of the property and the location right up,next to the vineyard. The room was very clean spacious comfortable. Quiet and peaceful, very comfortable and adjacent to acres of vineyards with walking trails. On the property is a excellent restaurant overlooking the vineyards. We loved the comfort of the furnishings, the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, and the sincereness of the staff to accomodate. The staff is very friendly and accomedations are beautiful. Breakfast delicious. I love the quite an serene environment. The small, beautiful setting, even though it is close to the highway. And the attached restaurant is first class. The setting is beautiful. Very serene and just a relaxing experience. Restaurant and lounge are excellent. Fantastic all around. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Food was amazing. The staff and service were exceptional. Love room. The room was very romantic with the view on the vineyard and the fireplace. The food was excellent. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Fortunately they didn't move around much or I wouldn't have gotten any sleep. Having to leave this paradise. The lack of an elevator to the second floor presented just a little challenge. You could hear a little freeway noise when our balcony door was open. I wasn't able to stay longer - maybe next time!. The bed was not comfortable because the mattress was to soft. morning coffee / tea service. by 7a.m the coffee was empty and tea selection only herbal. TV remotes lack of instructions. Indifferent service in the cafe (they kept forgetting to give us a bill). Fair food in the cafe (nothing special), small work out room. Expensive for the facility. Very high end price, not necessarily a high end facility. Our room wasn't ready and we had to wait to check in. Gym. No real weight equipment. Quality and range of amenities in room.
