It clean. Breakfast plentiful, good choices. Nice breakfast room. We asked for another set of towels, receive them right away. House service was aways either cleaning the floors & mopping. Elevator was very handy, since we were on the third floor. Gave us directions to the restaurant of choice. It was a very good stay. Bed was comfortable. Big windows that let in lots of light and fresh air and possibility to open curtains / window as they don't just open onto a public walkway. Fridge and microwave in room.

Your comforters were more updated colors, not Motel 6 design. At least our room #215. Even with many young people there for the bike ride, it was quiet. Great price in a good location. Anyone traveling to the area for activities like cycling, this is a great place to stay. proximity to freeway without the noise proximity to diner without the smell large rooms quiet clean. that it was cliise to everythi that we were looking to see on our trip. Near to restaurants and shopping center. Clean. The location to Sonoma.Sam's Cafe a plus. Everthing. The swimming pool ! Perfect after a hot day :-). Pool / garden area. Clean. Staff nice. Bed was comfortable. Hot water. Friendly staff. It was basic but met our needs. Front desk was nice. very little. The traffic noise, on the freeway. But it was ok. The internet is so slow as to be practically useless. This is really frustrating if you book a hotel on the basis of free wifi because you know you need it to organise onward travel / research your trip. Breakfast finishes too early (9am) so no breakfast for you if you went to bed late!. I needed body lotion and there was none to be found, just shampoo. not enought towels and no fridge. Every floor had smoke smell!. Nothing. Awfully noisy ... The 101 is very close. People returning to their room at any time of the night slamming the doors, a woman talking on the phone at 1 o'clock in the corridor :-( The toilets were stuck ... Pool closed. Breakfast times not in brochure. No coffee maker in the room, no iron, no hangers in the closet. Sheets were of poor quality. Freeway noise Internet patchy. VERY noisy. Heard every step upstairs, as well as everything in the halls and other rooms. No phone. Couldn't even find the phone number to call the front desk when the man across the hall starting beating up his wife at 4 a.m. No clock. Terrible towels. Strange small pillows. Bad breakfast. Very, very poor breakfest.. Noisy hall ways could hear people coming and going, and next rooms TV. Needs updating, deep cleaning, new rugs, furniture and paint. Hallways smell like gym bags. Loud neighbors awakened us at 3 a.m. Smokers hanging out in stairwell makes it smelly for others exiting building that way. Poor location, scary people roaming through the parking lot, a fight broke out in or hallway at 3:00 A.M. that almost scared me to the point of dialing 911. the party next to my room and the inability of the desk clerk to ask them to be quiet @ 2 a.m. in the morning for starters, then the manager's failure to reply to my request for compensation, then the desk clerk hanging up on me a week after my sleepless night when I asked for the manager to call me back. The staff is extremely rude and un professional. I was called vulgar names and denied my $50 cash deposit back simply because I was a couple hours late checking out. I notified the front desk of what was going on and that I had missed my bus yet they refused to return my money. I will never stay at the Santa Rosa Vagabond again!. burn holes in carpet and chair. i did not feel comfortable in room, too small. wasn't worth the money at all. ice machine on 1st floor only.
