Easy access from freeway, clean, well kept. Suite my purpose of staying at a budget motel style place with comfort.
Restaurants, coffee shops & other shopping facilities close by.
Comfortable bed. Great shower head with immediate hot water. Liked having shower separate from sink and mirror (no steamed up mirror). Extremely friendly staff.all reviews
My partner and I have stayed in many best value inns. This one is superior by far! Their breakfast bar can't be beat..they even have espresso!!.
Nice room, quiet, good location. I like the soap and shampoo containers
in the bathroom. Breakfast is Spartan and no area to sit inside.
We were in Santa Rosa for a college graduation and just needed a place to sleep. Arrived at ten and left by seven. This was perfect.
Quiet, clean, nifty soap and shampoo dispensers inexpensive. Excellent coffee in lobby, good continental breakfast.
* easy on my budget
* comfortable, functional (everything I needed with no hassle)
* quiet, relaxing.
Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Starbucks was within walking distance.
Middle of wine country. Easy on off access to 101. Breakfast OK.
It is clean, silent and the bed was really comphortable.
very good value for money.
Convienent location.
No Hassles.
Location.
Bed, pillows, table space, lighting, well appointed, location.
Easy to get to, no hassle getting the room and checking out.
Cost was very reasonable.
Able to book quickly.
staff was friendly.
Price was good.
Not a great deal. The worst hotel of a 3 week traveling holiday.
I liked that I was able to pre-register.
staff tried to accommodate me.

- refrigarator worked well!
- air conditioner worked well.
Location.
Room was too cluttered; not enough room for a table and 2 chairs. Shower neck and toilet need to be stabilized.
can't think of a thing.
There must have been a light out on the second floor near the stairs.
Rather dark when we left, probably a safety issue that needs to be
addressed.
Nothing.
all OK.
Busy, high traffic area.
Old TV in our room had only 1 channel. Remote didn't work.
Poor breakfast.
very basic breakfast.
A little run down.
Prefer a larger space...but you get what you pay for ;-).
Limited Breakfast.
Late breakfast on Sunday, no Fox News Cable and limited channels. Price
was hiked the three nights we stayed there so it may have been worth the
moderate rate but not the extra $100 per night.
Pool was riddled with alge and closed off per some health advisory. eww. disgusting. Rooms old and outdated and smelled of mildew.
Carpet dirty, soap dispenser in shower didn't work, light switch didn't do anything.
Poor cell phone reception.
I was not told the pool was not available to use.
Breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and an area to sit and eat.
The rooms have paperthin Walsh and are very noisy. The in room fridge makes as much noise as a tractor and the light from the cable TV box keeps you awake all night. The doors are so cheap they have to be banged shut which means everybody coming in or leaving wakes everybody up.
The neighborhood was questionable. I also wanted to check out in the
morning around 7:30, but no one was in the office. I had to leave the
key in my room, which sort of worried me.
original room smelled of sewer and cleaning chemical, broken toilet, bathroom lights didn't work. only other room available was a downgrade, suite to standard. No compensation but a little discount. Was celebrating an anniversary, was disappointed in the accommodations. No pool available, told out of service.
Room smelled. Breakfast was late.
Continental breakfast was 45 minutes late and milk was sour.
Pool closed, Breakfast was a continental, which was not mentioned, the description said just breakfast. I was expecting a regular breakfast. The room smelled like stale beer and floor dirty.
I booked a king room and then was called to tell it is a smoking room
and they wanted $50 more for a nonsmoking queen room. No hot breakfast.
- walls where too thin!
- the room smelled like cleaning solvent.
- no bath matt in bathroom.
- room to small.
- poor value for the amount we paid!.
Broken light switch, spa, bathroom door wouldn't shut, tv remote broken couldn't adjust tv. Horrible room for $190! On a week night.
