The staff was so friendly, they always greeted us when we came by, they were always helpful and were able to answer any questions. We had to move rooms 3 times for different reasons but they were so helpful, even the maintenance guy offered to help us move. It was definitely a good price for the 8 days we stayed. Loved the helpful and friendly staff which I grew to become friends with throughout my stay here. They were very polite, courteous and willing to hold conversations with guests, especially if you're travelling alone. As a lone traveller, I didn't feel lonely at all with their company through the nights.
all reviews The deal we got through letsbookhotel.com was excellent, and at short notice on Memorial Day weekend reasonable hotels were few and far between. The breakfast was good, and the room was pretty standard. They had very friendly and helpful staff, accommodated me when I had arrived earlier then check in time, it was clean, and the Lounge on the premises was great. Price of Hotel versus those in Rapid City. Safeway & Chinese restaurant right next door. Great place to stay if goal is mainly to see Mt Rushmore. The location was very convenient to downtown Rapid City. It also offered an excellent breakfast. The staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The help working there could not have been more friendly and willing to help out. The location was perfect for the day trips we had planned. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in not the best part of town and the closest place to eat is just a Burger King. The bed squeaked, when I rolled over and being at the back of the building, Safeway emptied there garbage bins at 5am which woke me up. 8 Blocks walking to Downtown Rapid City. There was nothing that I didn't like. Small bathrooms. Bed pillows weren't very comfortable. The hotel needs the sheer shades on the windows so we can open the curtains without everyone in the parking lot looking at us in our room. We were disappointed with the breakfasts. Poor breakfast provided in conference room. Bar closed too early. It took quite a while to get a taxi. Courtesy car would have been nice. Everything was great. paid cash charge my card, didn't get refund for for days.i called very helpful. found places to stay less costly nicer area. Hard pillows. Breakfast - frozen food warmed-up. ??. No Iron. only 1 ice machine. way over priced!. Room smelled reallly bad. The promised continental breakfast ran out of almost all ingredients by 9:00 am with no apologies by the kitchen help. It may not have been her fault that there was no replacement stocks, but it would have been nice to have some explanation!! I would not stay there again since part of what I paid for was the breakfast. Buffet breakfast, Fitness Center. The room was incredibly small and cramped for the room rate. the price. but all the hotels had raised their prices for Sturgis bike rally. Room was run down. Price was outrageous!. Attitude of staff, especially the manager, which was uncaring and disinterested - all that can be poor about US service standards. Breakfast was poor, a simple apology rather than a defensive list of what they were minimally required to provide would have made a huge difference.
