To the other posters who gave negative feedback re conditions needing upgrading ...... you looking for the Hilton ...... don't book a place with "Budget " as part of the name.

It was great and the staff was very helpful in giving directions and
suggesting things to do and places to eat. It was clean and quiet and

It's called Budget for a reason.
Everything was great we stayed an additional night from what we had
planned. We had cancelled a room at thE Western inn in Billings.
The beds in the room are not the same. One is wonderful, the other is like a too-soft futon. Hard on the backs of us middle aged folks.

there seemed to be a lot of construction workers/day laborers and not so many vacationers as expected!.
The shower didn't work and the room could have been cleaner..

Very few amenities for the money. Budget Host Inn, Rapid City is clean and conveniently located, but is way to expensive for the services provided.
Minor things like the remote didnt work for the tv and one of the lamps
didnt work.

Shower was broken,arm rail in shower broken. Very snippy front desk. Stairs to room ctumbling. Poor breakfast.
Everything else also the room I was showed on line is not the one I was
given and I was way over charged for this room all the way around.
Dirty beds falling apart springs broken l electrical outlets didn't work.

Rooms were not clean or up dated, no amenities such as extra pillows, soap or shampoo, bathroom sink plug was broken off light in kitchen area was missing bulb, fan in dinning room wabbled so bad couldn't stand listening to it chatter, bed room carpets hadn't been vacuumed, and bedding i think was clean but had small stains all over, and all this for $137 a night not impressed:(.
