From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left everything was excellent. There was a problem with the charges on my credit card and the manager made sure it was fixed. Everyone was very friendly, facility was clean, beds were very comfortable, shower was wonderful. Very quiet. We were right across from the elevators and the ice machine was on an adjoining wall and we didn't hear either one of them. Will definitely stay here again!.

beautiful, clean and very comfortable accomodations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for tennis locations which was our destination for the weekend. Restaurant offered a delicious variety of breakfast entrees that we absolutely loved! Thank you and we will be staying with you again. This Superbly located high end Holiday Inn is a great gateway to the Black Hills and the Badlands. Restaurant is better than most hotel restaurants and very reasonable good value. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and staff is helpful, friendly, professional. Keep coming back to this hotel. Location is superb, only a ten minute walk to down town Rapid City, and yet very peaceful and quiet. There is a park right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant with its great food especially the Fambule. Very friendly staff and people who stayed there. Good restaurant, unexpectedly so. If you have a chance to book with the breakfast, I recommend it. As seniors, My husband and I could split a breakfast from the menu and still Come out under budget.. We liked the size of our room. First trip to this hotel and I did not fined anything I didn't like. The rooms were a little dated and the carpets needed cleaning although over all the room was clean and comfortable. the young restaurant staff could learn to say You are welcome in response to thank you rather than "no Problem". The first says "genteel", the second connotates that you are somewhat of a bother but not too much. I think that they would increase their tips if they changed. I had planned to mention this to the manager but got busy and did not. The service was excellent though!. Nothing. The room was very dusty and not clean. The bathroom was too small. We had a room with a window that would not open since it was right over a roof area. I wanted some fresh air. Too many kids in pool after 10pm. The indoor pool area was too white and bright. Kids screaming makes echos that hurts the ears. Otherwise, we loved our stay!. The rooms were nice but abit over priced, the a/c in our room wasn't strong enough even on "high" so our room was always hot which made it hard to sleep at night in August. Random charge from the resultant on our bill. Not a super comfy mattress or pillows. Loved it all. Carpeting is getting dirty and very worn.
