  The location is very convenient - close to the beach, and though we didn't take advantage, to shopping. Check-in and check-out were both very pleasant, thanks to the cheerful and friendly desk clerk, who let us check in early so I could attend a meeting. The housekeepers were friendly and accommodating, asking if we needed an extra blanket providi... what people say » ng it quickly when we said yes. We were given an "Evergreen" room, and though not sure what all that entails, the filtration system for drinking water - Booked two nights in a stgandard room, on line. Arrived in late evening, room was ready, clean and neat. After about 1/2 hour, tv stopped working. Called desk, adn they sent someone up in just five minutes. He was unable to fix tv, so they said they would need to move us to another room. They actually upgraded us to a room with king size bed, couch, two cushion chairs. Excellent service and very accomadating.

  This was a return visit for us. The room was perfect, with a view of the ocean and bay. Well build motel so the halls and other room noise was minimal. Everything I requested was provided for us, the manager was more - Excellent location, great views with beach front. Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Room came with a microwave and a nice size fridge. Had a table and chairs (with wheels) so it was easy to enjoy a snack or meal while enjoying the view. Our room had a small balcony which we very much liked. Not all rooms have that, but all have views. Easy to walk around in historic area and close to many small craft shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Really nice Historical Museum nearby, too

  The view was incredible. Leaving the windows open allowed us to enjoy the melodic surf during the day and all night. The staff was very accommodating - one of the maintenance personnel even helped fix a broken mirror on the car with duct tape. For the money, this was an incredible value. Staff were excellent, view from room was good, the room was number 1 and you couldn't of gotten a better breakfast in a restaurant, it was great, full breakfast not just continental.   Being located on the Hwy 101 we were first concerned about noise, but the double windowpanes and possibly good insulation of the walls provided a very quiet night - The staff were friendly and helpful ,and for the money we were more than impressed. If your not worried about looking at the ocean, it's a real bargan.

Was great leaving the windows open and being able to hear the sounds of the ocean! Lovely place!! The beds were sooo comfortable too.

  Room was clean, liked that we had a fridge and microwave. Staff were helpful. First room we were offered smelled stale, like cigarette smoke, they moved us to another room no quibble. Guest laundry a plus, although only one washer and one dryer so sometimes you have to get in line. Breakfast was ok and never ran out even if you arrived late. We have stayed there twice and the price is great, the service excellent and the room clean and very beautiful. Also the bed is very comfortable and I love that they have extra pillows for you and an extra blanket right in the room just in case you need it and they don't skimp on the towels either!!!

  The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful - friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was laid back atmosphere with a rich feel about it. Having the continental breakfast delivered to the room was a nice little luxury. Superb facility!! - Check in and out was easy. Very friendly staff. Coffee in lobby was always fresh and hot. The jetted tub and water pressure is revitalizing. The soap, shampoo and conditioner all smell heavenly. The kitchen in our suite would has all the room you need to make a meal. We only stayed one night, but it's great to have the kitchen instead of just a bed.

  This could be a book....the staff that I met (Brandy, Forrest, Christi, and Nancy) were amazing. This is not hype. I care at a CNA 2 level for elderly, so I know REAL. These folks were real. Now the hotel was wonderful. REALLY. Clean, on the beach, free stuff (movies, yummy warm drinks, cookies....) I was very Blessed to find this place actu... what people say » ally. And I really mean Blessed. OK enough already I know. But on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it 500!~! - The staff were amazing and so helpful when I needed to ask for directions to a restuarant. The room was very clean and the free breakfast was delicious. My daughter and I made waffles :). They also had warm cookies waiting for guests as we checked in. We'll be back for sure. The location was perfect - right next to my favorite part of the beach with tons of tide pools.
