  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride. The restaurants are all very good and easy to get to. The - Vic the concierge was excellent! Outstanding bellman too. Food good in restaurant and a good value. Good bath products in room. Baby cakes coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.

  The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and I liked the atmosphere and beautiful aquarium and mermaids. The buffet had great food and variety. Hotel is very good for families. - The casino and common areas were modern clean and inviting. There were many tasty places to eat. With the whole city nearly sold out I was worried that staying here would be like a motel 6 but it was much better. The linen was clean and the beds were comfy. - The Silverton has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We will keep coming back! My daughter is gluten free and the resturant was so amazing to work with!!! The chef came to our table and cooked a special meal for her. Thank you so much!

It`s nice to smoke when I gamble, which is impossible in UK. - Have stayed there several times. Hotel is a 1950's style hotel of theolder las vegas not the disneyland of the strip
