The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The 2 Queen bed room was spacious; the beds were comfortable; and the shower pressure was strong in a good way. We also loved that the hotel provides FREE parking, and the proximity to the Strip via Monorail is so convenient. Thank you very much for an awes.

Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler. Courteous and prompt service enjoyed the $2.5 Corona all day special and steak (surprisingly good!) and shrimp for 10.99. 2nd day, I tried the filet mignon steak with mushrooms, excellent! My very special waitress, Maria, made my stay a very pleasant one. When going to Las Vegas Convention center on a budget, highly recommended. Carlos Rodriguez. We had a car so it was quite easy to get to the strip; they have a shuttle to and from the strip that is also convenient. I liked the location and the price, and most importantly that it was clean. The room was much larger than expected too!. The size of room and design. It was clean nice looking and spacious. Nice flat screen tv, with a lot of room amenities like coffee pot iron board. Also the mini casino downstairs. It wasn't close too much but it wasn't in a bad area. I thought the rooms were generous in size, they were clean and the property was relatively quiet. It was a very reasonably priced property for a quick and comfortable stay. I had no major complaints because of the value of the rooms. We liked the location and the price. The shuttle to the strip was appreciated. The parking was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definately stay there again, either for one night or for longer. the rooms are converted appartments, so are huge, its like having 2 seperate bedrooms. shuttle to the strip, or a 20 min walk, nice and relaxing by the pool during the day, ideal cheap hotel and location!!!. The decor was a bit dated, the blower in the bathroom was fairly loud, the towels were torn and some of the ben linens had stains on them. The beds will probably need to be replaced in the future for comfort. The heater would be much more efficient if it were on a good thermostat. We were only there for one night. Towels were hard and scratchy and they closed the pool area at 9pm. Closing at 9pm is too early for Las Vegas. our rooms was not clean. there was towels left over the shower. coffee cup still setting on the counter. . Trash was full. I had kill a few bugs. they was still on the bathroom floor.The sheets on the bed was so worn, it was not white, more like gray. No shuttle service to the airport before 6 AM. House keeping was a little aggressive. Not enough towels/amenities provided for the family, pool surfacing was extremely rough, internet service was sporadic. kitchen needs better ventilation hoods. grease oder permeates casino. The wifi was sloww. Nothing, really. Out of twelve days they only serviced the room three or four times. When i left it hadnt been serviced in four days. Carpet in room could do with changing. Only had 2 towels. Tattered sheer curtain. No microwave. Very loud exhaust fan. where the shuttle dropped us off at the very back Bally's...it could have been closer in strip . when we got to our hotel there was a big black mark on the white sheets of the bed. The gambling machines were mostly old games and hand pay outs. Never offered a drink. No vending machines. Internet access often interrupted. The travellers in nearby rooms were noisy and the transfer of noise between rooms was very loud. The fridge was leaking, and did not get as cold as we thought it would. Too many kids running around. For $24 night, not sure I can think of a possible complaint that would be justified. free coffee in the rooms was undrinkable. NO Internet. Hard to do business without internet. The rooms dedicated for none smoking need to be none smoking... The first room we had smelled like a pool hall, because of all the smokers that was there before us... Didn't get the wake-up call that we asked for and needed. only 2 elevators, large complex. suited my purpose very well. no microwave. Took a long time to check in.
