I was staying an extra night (Friday) at my own expense. (The three prior nights were paid for by my company for business.) The desk clerk arranged it so I could remain in the same room as the other three nights and not have to move my stuff and re-check in on Friday afternoon. Loved it! (I didn't even have to ask. She asked me if I'd like to do that!). Great room for the price, nice and roomy. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect. I love the fact that it is right off the strip. Parking was a breeze and you can walk right onto LV Blvd. I tried the jockey club later and it was a real pain to park and we had to walk 5 miles to the room it seemed like. Great place I highly recommend.
all reviews » Everything was just excellent, beyond my expectations. Our cleaner room 703 25th October-31st was outstanding and deserves recognition. Location wise was just a few steps away from the strip which was perfect for us. The pool was excellent and due to the time if year we visited we practically had it to ourselves!. The staff was very cooperative. The hotel was close to the strip but not right on it. There were stores nearby that we used to buy food and other supplies. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The whole environment of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant!! We loved it and would stay there again!!. A block from the strip and a great deal. The room was directly across from the elevators but I never heard them when people got on or off :-) I asked the housekeeper for more coffee and cups. No problem. She was great and did a great job keeping the room clean and bed made perfect. The location was ideal for my business trip. It is within walking distance to the Convention Center. Sarah in the bar was great! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was very comfortable. The pool was very relaxing and well maintained, I would stay again. Great location for going to convention center and the strip. Rooms were clean and beds were some the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable about surrounding restaurants . Free parking also. I liked that it was located near the strip so it was convenient. I also liked that it had a pool for guests. I liked that it had a mini fridge although would've been awesome if it was bigger to put in more stuff. We went for edc week and we enjoyed how close things were how quiet it was an it wasn't all crazy hectic to look for parking. Also they had an all u can eat sushi next to us! I love sushi!. Our room had a nice deck. The location was close enough to the strip but far enough away that it was quiet. The in hotel bar and restaurant (not owned by the hotel) was very classy. The Hotel for very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a great value. They had a piano player in the entry area every night. It was fun. The small fridg was a plus. I liked the lobby features and how close the lcoaiton is to many ammenities. Your check-in staff was amazing. Maid service was quick and unseen. Beds were comfortable. The Location was Great, Room was Clean and Comfortable, Pool was Heated and Large as so was the Jacuzzi, Lots of Parking,Not Overcrowded.and Price was Fair. Enjoyed the location convenience, courteous staff, cleanliness, and the balcony & refrigerator were a plus !!! definitely booking here again... Slightly off the Strip but close enough to walk to the Convention Center. Quiet retreat as there is no Casino noise and smoke. Courteous staff. How budget friendly it was...Although you could tell it was an older hotel it was really updated. Very clean. Have everything you need, rooms are comparable with the Montecarlo hotel which is 4 stars btw. Not on the strip but very close. Everything still in walking distance. The pool had cabanas. I can't stand finding anyone else's hair on anything or anywhere in a hotel room. Also, the thermostat in my room didn't seem to work well (I'd set it for a certain temp and it never got there.) and when the air was flowing it was very noisy!. The only thing I didn't like is that they held my 100 dollar deposit for like a week. I guess I didn't really need it but I had to call and make sure I was getting it back. I guess most hotels do this so it's not an uncommon thing. Faultless. Nothing, really. I told the front desk about a broken lamp and the toilet had a brain for itself and flushed by itself. The staff said " we will take care of it " never seen them the three days I stayed. The "balcony" was just a rail 12" from my sliding glass door. Misleading in the ad! The carpet had excessive stains. Lighting in bathroom is not adequate. There are only two bulbs. One of mine was not working and never got fixed even after I requested it. Television was old would've liked a HDTV which most hotels are getting now a days. Could not connect any devices to the tv. The beds an pillows were a little stiff for me. At night the smells of the restaurant filled up the lobby. Some electrical outlets were a little lose & I had to make sure the plugs didn't fall out. Cramped room. The table and chairs are large for this room. Would like to have had free Internet service (wifi) to my laptop from the room. $10.00 per day was a little high. N/A. The resort was far from the main strip areas and there was very little entertainment at the resort. There wasn't any casinos, and food court available inside. Carpet in room needed a deep, detailed cleaning as did hallway carpets. hallways seemed old...walls and carpets. The elevators are small so it took us (4th floor) 5 elevators to pass us till we could get on one and that was packed with others. Had to wait to check in late at night because the computer net works would go down periodically. The Hotel's wi-fi network would interfere with our mobile phone service. The bathrooms are a little small - not a big deal though!. TV took a wile to warm up, bed was a little noisey, walls a little thin. That there were no vending machines on our floor... I also found a hair in the sheet. While I am not so picky about it like the previous commenter, it is probably the only minus. If they add breakfast for $10 more it would add great value compared to others hotel. Just a thought. Unclear billing/credit card deposit. when i was getting retry for bed i found blood and hols in the bed sheets. it was disgusting!!!. The room and covers smelled like smoke. I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke and didn't like the smell when I entered the room. The pillows could've been bigger and softer. that there was only one recepetionist working at the counter while check in. It was a bit far off the strip. I didn't realize exactly how far away it was. This would not keep me from staying here again. I didnt like that the hairdryer in our room didnt work. They could have better tv and cable... building exterior appearance very outdated ....no free wi-fi !. Hallway carpet. Balcony on parking lot side was too small. Blankets are dusty and the air coming out from AC is also dusty. Smell. Gym did not have working equipment. Of 4 machines, 3 were not working. Disappointig!. Front desk had no amenities like toothbrush. No breakfast, very expensive WiFi, a separate charge per item of equipment meant 3 WiFi charges so an iPhone, an iPad and a laptop incurred 3 charges. No laundry/dry cleaning Great restaurant. too pricey for food and the fact you let people smoke in the pool area. no free wifi.
