This must be our 7th trip to the Wynn. We love it. It's relaxing & has a spa feeling, yet if you're in Las Vegas to gamble, you sure can do that as well. The whole hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful. Pool is great. This hotel doesn't smell of smoke from people smoking. Sure they do it in the casino, but it doesn't get as bad as in many other hotels. We go to Vegas to relax & take a deep breath - this is an hotel where that can be done. Still, all the gambling you can ever look for. .
all reviews » In all my travel I am yet to see anything like the Wynn Las Vegas. I thought the Atlantis Dubai was awesome till I visited Wynn. The Wynn Encore combo is ah mazing!!! And looks everything like the pictures on letsbookhotel.com website. No photo shopping here.We will definitely visit again. This time spend a longer time to really enjoy what this hotel has to offer. We used the spa and also haven't seen any spa like that. It is absolute luxury. I recommend this hotel to anyone going that way eith. One of the most beautiful hotels in Las Vegas. The rooms are amazing with a beautiful view. The nightclub Tryst was so much fun. As a guest of the hotel we had easy access to the club. Gaming was fun however we did get a few black jack dealers who weren't very friendly. Disappointing that after 2:00 the pool gets little and is mostly in the shade due to all the high rise hotels surrounding it. La Cave was a great place to eat and the buffet was a great value for breakfast. Everything really. The staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, quick and smiling all the time. Makes you feel welcome, and special. Exactly as it should be! Highly appreciated in Vegas, where 5star hotel doesn't necessarily mean 5 star service. The various restaurants offer great experiences too. Our favourite is the Countryclub for lunch. The salon tower suite was great, no noise at all from the strip, great if you like extravaganza and the opulent style of Vegas!. Well-appointed large rooms with terrific beds and excellent en-suite facilities, somewhat let down by the use of plastic sofas and chairs, although one would overlook that. The hotel is well located at the end of The Strip and is provided with a range of top quality restaurants, shops and other facilities. All of the hotel’s facilities and restaurants that we experienced were top quality, and quality comes at a price. The hotel in itself is absolutely fantastic. I have been inside of the other hotels in Vegas but the classic and detailed design of the Wynn is above any others. The staff were impeccable, the room was gorgeous, the beds super comfortable, the pool lovely, and the casino amazing. We also had breakfast at the Terrace Point Cafe and it was amazing. Excellent and modern facilities and our suite had an excellent view over the strip. Staying at the Wynn Suites also gives you access to the Encore pool area, which helps as the Wynn pool area is in the shade in the late afternoon. If you go over a weekend and feel like a true Vegas pool party, the Encore Beach Club is a must. service in the hotel was excellent! High level of service! The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing and value for the money. Location was very good - on the side of the strip, but 10 min till Bellagio fountains and 5 min till Venetian. Very quite and calm. swimming pool very big and enough space for everyone. I have been twice in the last 3 years and this hotel is absolutely what you expect during your stay. Rooms are amazing, clean and comfortable. After sleeping in this bed you wish getting one at your place. Pools and all the ameneties are really top level. Great choises of food and shopping. What my husband and I especially liked, since this was a road trip with seven other parties, the Ferrari dealership with in the Wynn, took very good care of us and housed our cars. Their staff also washed our cars and had them ready for our departure. The hotel is amazing. We've stayed in the 59th floor with Strip view - highly recommended and I advise to upgrade to it only at check-in - is cheaper. The room-service is a must and the restaurant SW Steakhouse has a porterhouse to cry for... We loved the amenities, restaurants, scenery, comfort, the elegance of our entire stay was by far amazing,awesome, outstanding. Spacious and luxury. Well it's hard to find something I don't like..... The restaurants are a bit expensive, but the food is excellent. There's a few things to change: The safety box in the suite is way too small. The Valet parking is a bit slow, albeit very curteous. The included breakfast at Tableau restaurant is a limited selection on the menu, and is average. Although the hotel rooms are reasonably priced, the restaurants and shops within the hotel itself are among the most expensive in Las Vegas, and Vegas is an expensive town!. There shower was very weak, few water came down and it was one of those fixed at the wall, which is old, unflexible and therefore quite uncomfortable. Also room service stops at 10pm which is very inconvenient. Drinks are pricey, but then again - it is Vegas and the quality of the cocktails as an example were exceptional. everething was perfect!. just an observation to the guy at the check in : he was very kind and professional but instead explaing what the hotel offered and where services were, he tried to upsell my room . I understand his job but he should make me aware about hotel first and then try to get more money to my reservation. Hardly anything! Making the entrance door automatic would probably help with a lot of bags!. For Business events Wynn is a bit too expensive. I.E. we should pay even for using our own conf.equipment which is a bit unfair in my opinion. Also $25 mandatory daily fee charged additionally... Why don't you just include it into your daily price?. Extortionate room service costs. Ridiculous in room international call rates, calling the UK for ~3 minutes cost about $65 There is no-where to eat inside besides the cafe (for breakfast) for a reasonable cost < $30 per entree. Upgrading of a portion of the casino/gaming section was an unwanted distraction from an otherwise memorable stay with this first class/luxury establishment. All went ok until the check-out - I had to make an international call and it last 12minutes. They charged me 112$!!!!! After complaining, the manager (Fernanda) acted like it was the most normal of things and that I should looked at the room conditions (by the way, there aren't any regarding international calls). As I didn't shut up, they deducted 50% of the value... Not fine but eased the bill... There was no clock or we never found it. Asked the maid and she did not know either. We survived though. Waiting to check in was too long. Nothing to be complained, liked everything. Long lines at check-in Concierge arranged golf time for wrong day and we missed out on golfing in the early morning. Apology only was offered at early morning tee time but unable to arrange satisfactory time that day- our only day to golf. Was really looking forward to playing the course. Not particular to the Wynn as I know most other Strip hotels have the same - but standing in line for breakfast!! Really! Come on ... you dont do this in any other country. It's located on the north end of the strip so if you want to go to other casinos, be prepared to walk a good distance. They nickle and dime Internet was expensive and when paid was only good on one instrument such as iPad computer or phone In room bar was too expensive One had to pay 1.5 dollars a minute to get 5 mins of Internet to print boarding passes, in spite of the fact that resort fees were charged during winter time and pool wasn't even open!! Room service was shoddy and there wasn't any turn down service at night. Nothing, it was all to perfect. the only thing we didn't like was having to leave... The $25 resort fee grab; The WiFi process and availability; Little or no shade by the pool .... and no umbrellas. Made reservation at Allegro rest. and waited 20 min. to get in Yet people walking up without reservation were told 5 min wait. Ordered spagetti and meatballs and gnocci. It was awful Meatballs tasted like spam and everything else was tasteless. We did not have to pay for the 2 bites.We left starving. The waitresses take far too long to take your drinks order in the casino. Very crowded people in the rooms. Some people make a party in the rooms during the all night and you can not sleep.unfortunately this is really bad comfort. Nothing. Majority of Las Vegas hotels will charge you a "hotel fee" - in our case it was around 30 eur a day for using internet, gym and free local calls (regardless of you using those benefits or not). take that into consideration while booking. I didn't like that there is no room to personal items in the refrigerator and the price to rent one was quite expensive. That seems unreasonable and I recommend reconsidering the refrigeration available to your guest. - had quite an arrogant person who helped us with the luggage from the car (we didn't really understand what he was saying and walked away without waiting for his ticket and he seemed to be quite annoyed by that shaking his head) - you can smell the smoke too much compared to other casinos (but not that much perfume on the other hand). Worst luck at slots. Are the odds less to win at the Wynn?. Staff quantity not enough to keep the quality when the hotel is full. Restaurants and room service taking too long. Resort fee charge. - too much cigarette smoke everywhere, quite suffocating at times - restaurants bills are very high - ATM fees is highway robery without any alternative such as a bank close by; had to stop gambling for lack of cash ... Not much not to like. The bathroom facilities in my suite was poor, the towels were scratchy and kinda old, the shampoo and conditioner provided were not as excpected. The bell desk service took 40 minutes to pick up the luggages for check out after we called them.

Early departures after the guests have checked in will be charged for the full rate for the night of the departure as a penalty. Daily valet and self parking fees may apply.
