This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping. Housekeeping staff were fast and efficient. We were on our honeymoon so got a great view of the strip, and staff were very friendly. If paying resort fee your wifi is included however this was not made clear on check in, I would recommend and will be coming back again.
all reviews » I loved the modern design. Being a Vegas hotel, the ventilation system was awesome because I could hardly smell the cigarette smoke. The clubs, restaurants and pools are the best. The spa is amazing. I never left the Wynn property for three day! It was my birthday weekend and we ate at Andrea's and the food was delicious. The service was excellent. I am definitely coming back asap!. The Hotel is fantastic... No need to stay anywhere else... Numerous restaurants and clubs... Society Cafe burgers are to die for.... Allegro pizza is divine.... Wazuzu food is sooo authentic.... Then the final glory is Andrea... Absolutely worth every cent.... The package that includes free wifi (especially if you are an international traveller) and breakfast is a must have.. We loved everything The staff was excellent and the buffets were out of this world and we loved to be able to spin the red wheel Hope we can do it again when we come again and that it just wasn,t for first time red card holders The cash back is a great benefit as well as the free play Hope we get a couple of free nights in the future so we can go back . The hotel was GORGEOUS! Just walking through the lobby, checking in, and making our way up to our room, the entire building was stunning (and they were pumping a beautiful fragrance into the lobby that really added to the atmosphere). The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and extremely efficient. The room is huge, especially for its price. You have everything in the hotel complex, and of the best quality, restaurants, pools, nightclubs, spa, Ferrari Dealer, everything that you can possibly want and much more. Really clean comfy and good location. Promoters were good for all the clubs to que jump and get free drinks. Sugar and ice was a cheap cafe that did good food and all the clubs were amazing. End of the strip but opposite the fashion show mall for any shopping and taxis were only $20 to the other side of the strip. amazing hotel!, very classy, uber luxury, modern and lavish hotel.The location was awesome, just a bit away from the super crowded areas of the strip, but walkable distance if the crowds are what u need. Surrender Beach club is one of the best clubs in the world. The restaurants are all michelin stars for me. The rooms are modern and has a great design, large sized, and very comfortable. The Hotel is very large, with many different facilities with good diversity (from shopping stores, restaurants, swimming pools, golf course, night clubs, and the casino), you will never need to go out of the hotel. Encore is just Fantastic! Everythink was great including Le Reve show, the best show of Vegas. Room with fantastic view of Las Vegas, fine restaurants, breakfast buffet considered the number 1 of Vegas. Encore Hotel, the best in the world. Just Perfect!!! Hope to return soon. Amazing rooms. And the free breakfast only applies to items on the American menu... Anything ordered outside of that ( juice, fruit platter e.t.c) will be charged additionally... Nothing . My husband however was hoping we could check our luggage and everything at the hotel so we didnt have to wait in all the lines at airport We were able to get our boarding pass but that is standard.. In my room on the 8th floor the Wi-Fi wasn't working correctly and my 4G internet neither. The only problem we had was that we paid up front for everything but when we got there we were told we HAD to pay a $25 per night service charge to the room which covered us for wifi and drinks - I argued I didn't want to use these facilities but was told it wasn't an option so had to pay this ridiculous fee and the wifi didn't work 90% of the time!. No tea coffee maker in the room, no free water in the room. Over all good experience. But the hotels location is far from the action in the Las Vegas Blvd (the strip) and you will need to walk a lot. And can't say this is a disadvantage; the rooms' prices are cheap, but just know that they will get there money from you elsewhere. Long queues to check in and check out. No seating lounge areas anywhere in the hotel. After 10 pm, many teens were seen drunk and shoe-less. Disturbing atititude. The japenese resturant was not good at all. Even though the spa was great the prices were really high. The minibar was full of the hotel's over priced items that secure with an automatic system that charges you as soon as you take the item off even if you don't open it so you can't use the minibar at all. The swimming pool wasn't as good as I thought. The fact that the pools were closed and a tiny section was open but when I went there were so many 'reserved' sunbeds which was a complete lie as I stayed till the sun went down and nobody came!!. Cut my finger on a piece of glass which was on the floor in our room when we arrived, the door staff in surrender need knocked off their power trip, there's no need to be so rude!!!. Nothing that I can think of. The extra charge ($25 per night for very little - why not add it to the room rate). Did not eat in the hotel as too expensive (Dennys close by for breakfast). The fridge system - you are not trusted. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave I could have stayed forever if I had the money! Also the decor of the lobby was a little over the top but what can you expect from a luxury hotel in Vegas!. Queues for breakfast!!! More of a 'resort attitude' to guests rather than more usual 'nothing's too much trouble' from 5 star luxury hotel, but probably due to sheer size & number of guests to cater for. The lines at check in and check out were very long...Like 30 people. I figured out a way to check out on line so that was good. And, there wasn't a room available at check in. And, I was granted a 1/2 later check out until 12:30 pm and when I called about checking out they acted like they didn't know about this 1/2 hour extension. I felt that where they can use help is in the administrative process. The warning about the mini-bar: if you take out something (drink in the bar or snack from the coumter) more than 60 seconds you will be automaticaly charged !. Location is at the top end of the strip so quite a walk to see the other hotels on the strip, but the hotel is so perfect, you might not want to leave it! It is a bit pricey, as nothing is included in the price e.g. Breakfast, resort fee, tax. We found that there was nothing to unlike about our stay. Not being able to stay longer!. The thermostat is in the living area and we often found the bedroom a bit too warm and had to adjust the temperature during the night. The extra charge ($25 per night for very little. The fridge system. Long queues to check in and check out. No seating lounge areas anywhere in the hotel. Quite expensive for food and drink in hotel but the same everywhere in vegas. The restaurants are quite expensive there. We were disappointed with the mattresses. Too soft and lumpy. Location, at the end of the strip but me and my husband are walkers so I didn't mind. the only downfall was one of the manager's attitude in the tower suites, who refused to allow a special delivery to our room, without giving any specific or justified reason. You can spend your whole time in one hotel without leaving it. Quite expensive. Need to book restaurant in advance. Entire place smelled like a giant dirty ashtray, more smoke than the cheaper lower ceiling hotels, Smoke was everywhere Including our non smoking floor!Some staff were at best aloof! Gave us wrong directions. For the extra money they charge " Free water" would be nice. Nothing. Located in a really start of strip street, but still has everything you need inside. end of the strip only fault but quiter!. No kettle / tea making facilities in the room & no complimentary water / snacks. Lobby / casino was a bit garish for my taste too. Buffet wasnt as 'amazing' as anticipated, but nontheless still offered good things. No toilet paper in the room upon arival. Mirrors had mudges. Our bottle opener which is just like the Wynn's was taken and we recieved the hotel opener instead. Even though Las Vegas is a party town, something should be done to better sound proof the lower floors. I know I requested a higher room but did not receive one as I suspect more frequent visitors probably took precedence. The music from the Beach Club all day made it impossible to just relax in the room if so desired. And then, the music from the night club until 4 am was a bit over the top. Something should be done to help the folks that might just want to relax with their loved one. Nothing.

Please note: The Resort and European pools at the property are closed for annual preventive maintenance. In the interim, Wynn pools are open for Encore guests during operation hours until maintenance is completed. Pools will re-open in 2018. Early departures after the guests have checked in will be charged for the full rate for the night of the departure as a penalty. Daily valet and self parking fees may apply. A mandatory daily resort fee plus tax will apply. At check in, ask for applicable amenities. Please be advised that the credit card holder must be present at check-in. Any modification of a reservation will result in the original reservation being cancelled and a refund will be issued to the credit card used to secure the booking. The modified reservation will then be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking and will show as a new charge. Property is not responsible for exchange rate differences due to charges and refunds. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property charges $150 per night for incidentals. This charge is fully refundable upon checkout pending approval from the property. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
Up to two further children or adults are charged USD 50 per night per person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 50 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
