we need something, room service was the quickest I have ever experienced in any hotel. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip.
