The staff was friendly and helpful. When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. We had a brief stay with Green Valley and will definitely return. It was a superb setting and location. Everything was gorgeous, the gardens and pool area were so relaxing and refreshing.
