  The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good when it stayed fully stocked, the employees seemed very nice, the price when we booked 7 months in advance was great but when we added a room 4 months later the price wasn't so great. I ended up having to cancel that room a week before we arrived though and was treated very well with no added fees,... what people say » which was VERY nice. The other 2 rooms we had were good though. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and would stay again. - Check in was quick and easy. It is right near an outlet mall if you enjoy shopping. It is about 15 mins from the strip. So if you are looking to save some cash in Vegas, this would be a good hotel to stay at. You would just need to figure out transportation to and from everywhere (I had my own car). The rooms were decent and the price was affordable

  It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz concert).   The staff and facilities are very good. Breakfast is excellent. They should include boiled egg for those boiled egg eaters. All in all the money spent its worth - I love the rooms, the location, breakfast & the staff.

  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Baby cakes coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.
