The room was very luxurious big and spacious. A nice peaceful view of the mountains, with sunsets and sunrises. Huge soak tub and steam showers. Great room and service! Friendly staff, especially reception and room service:) Nice casino, pool and spa !. The shuttles from the airport was excellent, the beds were very comfortable. Restraurants were very good. There were several restaurants surronding the casino, so the wait time to be served was prompt.

The food they did have was not prepared right and the shrimp were slimy:( very disappointing ! Not enough shops!. Casino was tight did not let you play took money every day I was there. Restaruants waits were long. Received a coupon for a discount on dinner but only if you spend more than $X. Couldn't use it. "resort" fee is ridiculous. I stayed one night, got a great room rate but got hit with an extra $30 resort fee. 11am check out is too early. I really wish you had a honeymoon package. No one at the front desk or reservations could tell us if you did or not. The smoke. Long way out from the strip. rooms far away from lobby, was injured due hotel negligence. far from strip. Some extra charges were over the top. Containers were an extra charge which was shocking. staff was not so cooperative. mini-bar was certainly an experience! if you lift more than 30" anything you will be charged, plus you cannot add something inside. A bit far from Strip, but great for golf and shops. No carts in the parking garage. Extremely over priced items in mini bar; rip off. I mean come on, $5.00 for a candy bar?. someone opened our door in the middle of the night and we never did get a satisfactory answer as to how this happened. A little too far from the strip. nothing. bed too soft. Pretty expensive. Also, in the middle of nowhere. I had to rent a car to get anywhere. Getting to/from the airport was a problem. If you miss the shuttle, you're in for a 50 dollar cab ride. The pool was closed both days we were there, they did not give use any thing instead, like a reduced resort fee or any thing, and they charged me x2 for the room and can't tell me why. So very disappointed, we went to get away and now need to spend extra time trying to figure it all out, not happy:(. They were not accomadating they had a hidden fee of 25.00 a day for hotel Internet and so on I would not recommend this place to my friends or family. Limited facilities, long waiting lines to be served. I really hated that it took me 15 minutes to reach my room from the reception. Which is a long way if you need a mornign coffee and the room as no such facility. Also no such thing as fresh air in the room. No coffee pot in room. no fridge that could be used . fridge was stocked with very expensive items. they tried to charge us for the bar that we had taken away from the beginning of our stay . and at the end of the trip they authorized the amount of our stay twicewhich caused my debit card to go negative, I will never stay there again.
