I liked the Location, price of a seven day stay in a studio room and the staff were quite courteous.

Failed to provide airport pickup despite assurance to that effect, location of room as there was no street view and very basic and unimaginative breakfast.

We liked that the studios were really spacious. Two toilets, a huge kitchen with microwave, big fridge and even a washing machine (and you do not have to put any coins to get the washing done). The staff was really helpful. Gilbert in particular was excellent. The other staff members helped us in bringing our luggages to and from the rooms. The place is quite close to a shopping mall, food court, supermarkets and even money exchange shop. We went from New Zealand with a 6 months old kid. Had no issues in terms of safety & even in rest of the Dubai. (We only went to see tourist attractions). I think it is a very good hotel for those who want to spend an average price on hotels. It is not particularly cheap or expensive. Would stay there again if life gives us chance to visit Dubai again.

The only thing that we did not like is that there was not much variety in the breakfast. Although some items changed everyday but most of the buffet stayed the same. The internet facility is free but there was no range in the rooms. You had to go down to the main reception area to use it. Other than that Rolla Residence is an ideal place to stay.

Close to metro station and restaurants

Even though it says when booking that the hotel has free wifi connection we were given voucher to connect one device only per day of our stay. Not enough toiletries for a couple and housekeeping didn't even replace any used ones the second day of our stay. Also even though the hotel had our credit card details the entire amount for the stay was requested before we even checked in as if we were running away or something.

The room is very good and clean and the receptions are good.

I ask for shaving kit and it is not available and they don't want to support me to get from near by super market, i have to go myself, most of the hotels this facility available either in bathroom or upon request.

Room was clean, Hotel was centrally located

I didn't like being over charged i didn't like the restaurant, the staff let young children run about like a playground yelling and screaming and breakfast. The breakfast menu was very poor, all buffet and cold. Dubai was dry during our stay we left early

A Friend stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and that's why we booked here. Sad to say the place has been really run down and filthy. The grouting on the tiles were black, even when we changed the it wasn't much better. I asked the duty Manager Vinod if I we could use the internet to check-in online, he said it was for staff use only and refused to assist. The breakfast is the same each day, nothing exciting. We will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
