The hotel has enough car park under the basement. The staffs including the security were friendly. We stayed in studio appartment. The check in was ok. We room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was good with clean vessels. Nothing to complain. The vessels are enough for the stay to cook some basic food. There was oven, kettle, toaster, fridge in room. There was no water in room and didn't matter for us as we had already carried enough water bottle with us. We found there was leak in shower an.
all reviews » Arrival to the hotel was good and the check in was very quick. The room was perfect, very neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen however all the basic amenities were available. we really liked the pool which was huge and a kids pool adds to the charm for people travelling with kids. Close proximity to metro station and shopping areas makes it an ideal place to stay for leisure and business traveler. Really enjoyed my stay. arrived to the hotel late night the front desk & bellboy checked in very quickly, i was very happy the service given. morning breakfast was awesome. swimming pool & gym was excellent. and i would like to appreciate the roomboy Mr. Sajjad, the cleaning was perfect. neat & clean . easy to access the shopping malls. overall am very happy with the stay. best place and value of money. anil. Stayed for 5 days with 4 year old son, very big and comfortable apartment with all you need to cook. Shops are across the street. Very good room cleaning. Ordered food to our room from the hotel restaurant - it was delisious, besides there was a wide choice of vegetarian food.Free parking and Excellent wi-fi!!!. The kitchen in my particular apartment had an awkward configuration and not enough electrical outlets. No TV inside rooms. Weak Internet - we could not facetime with friends and family. Restaurant seems to be little bit costly and would have appreciated if thermostat was also available in the master bedroom. On last day of our stay we found couple bed bugs in our master bedroom. The hotel staff members have habit of lifting, holding or touching young children. They might be doing it out of affection but it is completely inappropriate. They kept tightly hugging and holding young kids of other guests even after we complained. Extremely disgusting. -sometimes there's a bad smell in the corridor -no sponge and soap for washing the dishes. In summer, the metro station seems little far. My room was far from the left and lobby was most of the time busy. Internet was lagging The hotel restaurant is quite poor. Lift door is not working properly ..you have to run during entry or exit or it will close before u do. Nothing. The night staff( receptionist ). Rude and unhelpful. Not friendly and caring staff in the recepcion. While doing reservation requested high floor but was given just 4th floor. sitting facility around swimming pool at roof top. I think the hotel changed management and name so its not too popular amongst cab men. The kitchen missing some important gadgets like the blender.. The staff was really slow; and the bed linen and towels weren't very clean!. Tv set was no good and the choice of tv channels was limited!. nothing. Wifi was disconnecting frequently. AC control in room and Cost of exchange of currencies. The dated Bathroom. Place smells like toilet cleaner, washing machine not working properly stove not work properly and does not accomodate us chargers for phone or electronic devices from usa.
