the room was verrrrrrrrry nice and clean every thing in the hotel was good. The service and hospitality. My first stay in Dubai presented many questions. The staff (all) were very helpful, even if it took time to get an anwer, which was never long. I was professionally taken care of (my booking) with such short notice. The hotel room is very clean, smell fresh, and very new.the hotel staffs are excellent, very helpful .......in the Downtown. Location - 5/10 mins walk from the Creek / 15/20 mins walk from Burjuman Mall. Friendly staff. Transport to the beach.Comfort, easy to get transportation, breakfast included in room charge. Location. Free wireless access in room, included breakfest buffet - very good, location was reasonable between 'old' and 'new' dubai. Room service should be better. Housekeeping staff have to work hard and carefully.Its being a central point to visit other parts of Dubai. location. The internet charged expensive, and I think every hotel in Dubai are same. The first day they did not put toothbrush in my room, and I forgot to ask for toothbrush; therefore, I bought a new toothbrush. The breakfast is ok, not much can chose. The room did not have good soundproofed.The lighting in the room was very poor. More information needs to be provided at the hotel on the faciliites they have. Their brochures and website out of date.No. room was simple, forget the view - no balcony / terrace, somewhat dingy, however the bathroom was good.It was a bit old and with renovation on the 4th floor and the russianrestaurant which was open till early in the morning, sometimes it was abit noisy.The music - stop that panpipe music very annoying sound - particularwhen its looping all the time...it was very noisy because of some restaurant on the 5th floor.theere was a bad smell in the room and also they try to make some chnages in the wallpaper in the season time !!!!!!!!!!!!.
