Location. good location the staff good. I have stayed here twice. I have booked this hotel online twice and the rates were not bad at all considering what i got. The staff are quite accommodating.The housekeeper this time (Aug 09) was exceptional. Ready to help with all requests. The Ramee does this fantastic pizza that my children are crazy about. The hotel is clean, and the staff is frendly.Easy and functional. NIce big rooms. the cleanliness, and the breakfast. Location. The fact that it was comfortable in the rooms.Pool, cleanliness, good value for the money. Room layout and furniture. Nothing in partticular. location. location and comfort/size of rooms. Internet access not wireless and very expensive.There is a mosque directly in front of Ramee Apartments. The call to prayer never woke me and the kids up but some say they could . As soon as reservation period was over, they raised the price by nearly 30% for each additional night, even though online price was still the same as before. I just made a new reservation online. Them trying to be clever just exposes their greed. The breakfast was really bad and I quit even bothering. Pancakes were like little rubber tires, simply impossible to swallow. Orange juice was some chemi. Unavailability of a shuttle service like other hotels in the same price range or even cheaper. Didn't like turnig in key everytime I left the hotel. Face towel shold be available. Tv didn't work but was swaped out. Need more dishes. No dryer available. Dish washing liquid should be available and washing powder. Towels were worn....The mosque blaring in the early morning. The overall friendliness and service mentality of the desk staff leaves something to be desired. Compared with places like Thailand, the Middle East hotel customer relations are generally poor. As I wrote before, there should be more paid tv channels. the rate was too high for the quality. Management staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. ALmost make you feel like they doing you a favour by letting you stay there.Staff is not efficient and does not care the guests. I was particularly amazed by the unpleasant and lazy behaviour of most of the staff regarding the check-out and taxi requests.
