The room was excellent, the staff were very polite and friendly and the Saturday afternoon cocktail / lunch / massage special was awesome. Best roof top entertaining area I have been to.It is very near to my company in Khalid Bin Alwaleed Rood. they were really clean and my comfort was very importantly taken care of. i loved the gym facilities. the staff were very polite and customer-friendly. i would definitely love to revisit the hotel....

The internet serviece is very bad.Problems with payment, I sent a cc copy to them but at the end they did not recieve it, even though when I checked it on the phone, they said all was ok.No bus services to the shopping malls like other hotels my friends stayed in and the massage room is dated. Despite our reservation there was no non-smoking-room nor a room with twin-beds available. Noise from the street (traffic) during the whole night. It was promised to serve a breakfast in our room early in the morning which never arrived.The sauna and steam room were not working. There are a couple of bars attached to the hotel and behaviour of clients from these bars, especially alte in the evening was not pleasant.the hotel internet was very very poor even the free wireless was very poor as we could not connect or connection was very poor . wouldonly recommend hotelif internet was better .the staff grasp of english was not as good as I would expectthey never on three ocations delivered a taxi on time!. The "LCD" screen TV and its channels, and the street noise.There was no hot water to take a shower and had to made without one. yes, room service was horrible they never got the order correct. The spa quoted prices in u.s. dollars when everything else was in dirums. air of faded decadence. The Wireless internet facility was not working for the entire durationof our stay. This was a major drawback, as it was one of the keyselection criteria I had used to choose this hotel. Apparently a 'servermigration' was in process....although why exactly this was took theentire two weeks that I was there. Check with hotel in advance if youneed this facility!!. noizy location.room carpet not clean.bath towels very poor quality. the check in and check out process is a bit too lengthy. The rooms were too basic for value, have stayed in a few Hotels in Dubai and this is the most basic I have satyed in but its whats around it makes up for the downfall of the room. Requested a wake up all and never got it, also requested a taxi to the ride to the airport, but told I had to organise my own taxi, not a good service provider.!!!. Price. Yes, on the reservation counter, i gave them my booking number and they said that they don't have his booking number and therefore, they have no room for me and asked me to book through them with their rates, when i refused so i went all the way to internet place to print out the receipt and when i gave them the receipt then they gave me the room, basically wanted to charge me more. The Royal Ascot has beautiful rooms with high ceilings and tasteful design. The rooms are very spacious. You can choose from superior deluxe rooms, executive rooms, 1 or 2 bedroom suites, and the presidential suite.

An airport shuttle is available. It costs AED 50 per way. It has to be booked in advance. We need to be informed with the exact flight details 48 hours before checkin.
