Easy access. Helpful staff, room was available when I checked in at 10:30am, nice breakfast buffet. Location, cleanliness of room, friendly staff. Close to bur dubai amenities.
all reviews the room is spacious. The carpets in the corridors smell very must and unhealthy. Need to top up at the breakfast tables. 10.00am and no coffee or eggs. Limited towels (no hand towles and bath mats), no alcohol in mini bar, did not care for room service food, lack of airport pick-up/drop. Not well located to get a taxi outside, esp. At peak times, and hotelconciege not helpful either; left to your own devices. Best to walk withtraffic to next hotel; 4star a??? Hotel and get one from there.the food.
