Very helpful staff and the hotel was beautiful to be in. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

I think there must have been aluminium on the outsdie of the building ie Window Cills and when it got warm due to the sun it was cracking and making noises which kept me awake early morning. But not a big problem.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. Nice roof-top pool, with comfortable sun-lounge beds, and well equiped gym .

Everything was done professionally; I got immediate attention when I needed it. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

The internet connection in the rooms was a complete joke and I was unable to do any work. I went to the Business Centre and the connection speed was just as bad.

It was really nice.. Just if u want to go around the city its better totake hotel somewhere in Deira. Taxi is really expensive and the hotel isfar from many nice places (Dubai Creek, Dubai Museum..). Almost everynice places r close to Deira or in Deira. The good thing is that Mall ofthe Emirates is really close.

The Hotel is only 3-month old, all facilities are tip top condition. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Only downside is the lack of proper car parking spaces on site.

They were not informed about the special rate on booking.com, so askedto pay for breakfast additionally... Finally it got resolved, but ittook me 30 minutes to check out.

Since its a new hotel they had a difficulty getting my reservation, however the problem was solved after about 30 minutes
