A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We called in early in the morning and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in straight away rather than waiting until the afternoon which was very helpful. -

A minor hiccup. - The staff were extremely good and nothing was too much trouble for them - due to staff shortages they were all multi-tasking but the good service was not lost. We particularly liked the head waiter/operations manager who always had a lovely smile and curteous manner for young and old alike. We loved our room that had a double aspect with far reaching views - totally delightful.

we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices

What a super hotel with great service. We stayed in a double room, which was a very good size along with a good sized bathroom. The room was very clean and well furnished and in excellent order.
We found the service to be excellent, very friendly and helpful.
We only had chance to eat in their restaurant once, but the food was of a good standard. The open fire in the bar is so lovely!

Just everything, I think perhaps they upgraded my single room. The view from the window was just stunning, breakfast was SO good, properly hand made using good ingredients, just such a treat to stay there. Staff were friendly, and helpful, the décor was lovely, ditto the room. I'd stay there again, no question of that, and such a perfect location

The hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly. The general atmospher was upmarket , with both guests and staff very polite. I have mobility problems and when I asked for a room near the lift , my request was instantly granted. I would thoroughly recommend a balcony room and the food was absolutely delicious.
