  Hi again everyone , im staying here @ ibis hotel in plymouth this week , this hotel is so relaxing very close to marsh mills shopping centre. Staffs are very nice and friendly, good value for money. If you are visiting Plymouth for either bussiness , pleasure, weekend get away, family trip or just plain stop over then I would recommend this hotel.... what people say » ... By the way theres a bus stop nearby that goes to town centre which gives the guests easy access if they want to go to c - staffs are all amazing, ibis plymouth team thanks alot.   We had a brilliant room with sea views which was cleaned daily to a very high standard and the girl on reception, Emily, couldn't have been more helpful and professional, offering tips on where to go locally and helping us extensively with any queries we had, booking taxis for us at the cheapest price available, she made our stay incredibly easy a... what people say » nd enjoyable! We would like to thank her for all her help.The other staff on reception were equally as friendly and helpful, we have never stayed at a - Well we picked a good time to go as there was a carnival on the day we arrived which was very good and beer festival with music which was enjoyable. The hotel entertainment was also good. We were extremely impressed with Emily on reception she was polite and very helpful at all times.

  Outstanding. We've just spent 3 nights at this excellent hotel. The owners go out of there way to look after you and make sure you have an enjoyable stay.   The location of this hotel is perfect, in the heart of Clovelly. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea from one side and the main street on the other side with a small balcony, it was also very quiet although it was busy. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee, biscuits etc in our r... what people say » oom, as well as bottled water which was very welcome. The breakfast was lovely with generous portion sizes. We stayed at this hotel about 20 years ago - When an hotel gets it right it just does - and it's difficult to put into words but from the moment we received the welcoming check-in to the moment we left, the ambience made us feel comfortable and at ease. Great location of course. Breakfast was great - lovely friendly attentive service and obviously good quality local ingredients cooked beautifully. Overall, very good value for money.
