  The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha... what people say » n this one and not as good and breakfast was nice - I don't have a single negative thing to say about the Rocpool Reserve.   My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival. The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

  I was traveling with my 5 years daughter, but when I booked the bed on line I only booked one bed and thought that when I was there I could book for my daughter. The staff arranged a private room for us which was very thoughtful and nice. People who are mature travelers or traveling with young children need more attentions and help, and Inverness Hostel se - We did not stay long, but the staff person there was extremely helpful. We arrived at 1 in the morning, and were easily able to get into our room. He also accommodated our need for an early breakfast the following morning, and he gave us a map with walking directions to the train station. Our room was spartan, as all youth hostel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. And the price, 22 pounds per person per night, could not be beat.
