This was an exceptional apartment, very spacious , modern, luxurious in its decor and furnishings. Extreamly well positioned for the city with wonderful veiws from the balcony over the river. Is everything too general? We were on our honeymoon, traveling all around Scotland and Highland ended up being our favorite. We will be coming back to visit in a few years and will forgo other places next time, just setting up our base camp at the Highland Apartments so many things to see within driving distance, beautiful view, walkability is magnificent, so comfortable. Loved it!

Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped.

Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient.
The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

We can't say enough about this place; absolutely fantastic! For a family traveling with adult children, the space was ideal - very roomy and comfortable. The furnishings are lovely and it was very clean. We were all quite amazed with the location (right in the middle of shopping & sites), the size of the apartment, the furnishings, the little things like having detergent for the laundry, tea & coffee, cookies, etc., the attention to detail and cleanliness.

The staff were very polite and helpfull. The rooms were lovely and clean and and we weren't put in a cheap room just because it was out of season and low cosr. We had a room with a lovely view of the river! - I though the hotel had excellant cleanliness and was very central to clubs and pubs made for a perfect day

I stayed in a single room on the second floor overlooking the castle, the view at night is amazing. Eventhough bathroom on a sharing basis, but it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. During my stay it was a bit chilly, they even gave me another blanket. It was a quiet place to stay, 5 minutes walking distance to town.

Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.
