  Everything, from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Everything we made so easy for us, as soon as we arrived we was made to feel welcome and was shown around this amazing house. The views you got from the rooms were just fantastic and the location was just perfect close to everything you needed. The design of the house was beautiful an... what people say » d modern and the beds are to die for , we never wanted to get out of them. The house was provided with a few bits and bobs in the kitchen, a few take - This was an amazing apartment right on the river across from the main tourist area. The pictures do not show how new and luxurious the apartment was. It is three bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, ding area, living room, laundry room, entry hall, huge back patio, full washer and dryer, and parking area. You don't need to bring any laundry detergent, milk, etc. Everything is provided. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely come back! The management met us at the door and showed us around

  Extremely friendly people who, upon request, arranged us a room with view on the river. Great location, centrally in Inverness (10 min to centre), superb accommodation with all necessary needs on hand. Loving decoration and open for a nice talk. Owner was a real loving person who made it sure everyone got allot of attention and a good breakfast. The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

  My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot. The hospitality went over and beyond--when they didn't have a drink I wanted on the menu, they went out of their way... what people say » to make it for me (and it was the best I'd ever had!). The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival. The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped.   The location, the sense of familiarity. Being a solo traveller you felt secure and that if something went wrong there would be help. At breakfast with the other guests, while at separate tables, the host made it feel like a big friendly group. The owners know the area and were very helpful. And they even opened a day early when I arrived earlie... what people say » r than planned! It was a perfect location, felt safe. Loved the entire stay and would go back without a doubt. Joan and Javed were so lovely - and - The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train. The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

  Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Our luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us acquire what we needed even offering her own coat for me to use. We stayed up many a nights talking and discussing random things about the different ... what people say » countries. I would def stay there again. - Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.
