    The hotel is nice, comfortable and in a great location. You can reach easily the town center in 15 mins walk. In less than 5 mins walk you arrive to Hueston station, where there is a link with the airport (usually a bus every 15 minutes). Just below the hotel there’s a lovely pub, run by a friendly person who often hosts live music. All of this wo... what people say » uld be already enough, but you have to add the WONDERFUL courtesy of Mr. Paddy and Mr. Mark, two people really rare and precious. We really felt "welc - Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

    We found all staff very pleasant and charming to talk to. The Continental breakfast had amazing variety and is the best we have experienced. We haven't been inconvenienced with building extensions and didn't mind the distance from centre of town and enjoyed walking in and back also. One reason for booking was to be able to walk to several areas of... what people say » interest to us.We would certainly stay here again. - A warm and friendly atmosphere made for a most pleasant stay, extremely nice staff and all you need for a stay in Dublin. Preferable to staying in the noisy environs of Dublin centre but so convenient with the Luas line almost on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again, in fact intend to do so 31 July.

    Yes it was very positive for me the staff offer me every assistance when I ask them. They offer great service to me through out. my stay. and when I rang to confirm my stay with them and told them that I had made a mistake in my booking. They change it for me with no bother. And as I explained in my book that I had a disability they had my disabili... what people say » ty room ready. It was quite close to the lift.And when I pointed out some improvements that could be made to the disability room they seem willing to - It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

    The woman running the B 'n' B was friendly, helpful, accommodating to all our needs. My daughter and her one year old child were travelling in Ireland for 10 days. We stayed our first 2 days here. We enjoyed it so much we could have stayed here for the entire time, so we asked if she had room for us for our last 2 days when we returned to Dublin. ... what people say » As she had a cancellation while we were in other places, she emailed us and we happily stayed here again. The friendly atmosphere and help in plotting - Bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in, pillows were fluffy. Hygiene Standards were the highest i have seen. Room was decorated to a high standard and was well equiped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous, it was clear that the food provided was of a high standard and after some discussion with staff member it was clear that alot of thought went into quality and taste, yummy and there was plenty of it too.     I have stayed in many hotels, and for the price, this is the best hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in, period. Amazing value for the money. My apartment was modern, contained all utensils needed for cooking, and in general, was better than my real apartment back home. - Everything. We did noy wish to leave as it was like being at home.
