The hotel is nice, comfortable and in a great location. You can reach easily the town center in 15 mins walk. In less than 5 mins walk you arrive to Hueston station, where there is a link with the airport (usually a bus every 15 minutes). Just below the hotel there’s a lovely pub, run by a friendly person who often hosts live music. All of this wo

Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

We found all staff very pleasant and charming to talk to. The Continental breakfast had amazing variety and is the best we have experienced. We haven't been inconvenienced with building extensions and didn't mind the distance from centre of town and enjoyed walking in and back also. One reason for booking was to be able to walk to several areas of

Preferable to staying in the noisy environs of Dublin centre but so convenient with the Luas line almost on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again, in fact intend to do so 31 July.

The woman running the B 'n' B was friendly, helpful, accommodating to all our needs. My daughter and her one year old child were travelling in Ireland for 10 days. We stayed our first 2 days here. We enjoyed it so much we could have stayed here for the entire time, so we asked if she had room for us for our last 2 days when we returned to Dublin.

The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. On May 29, when I changed rooms, I realized I'd left my passport in Room 109. Karine at the desk alerted the cleaning staff. Corinna, whose team had already done the room, made a special search and found it where it had slipped down under the mattress. The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. There is a different range of entertainment every night, what more could you ask for, under one roof. For visitors first time to Dublin all sites are within walking distance, bus, Luas (Smit
