  We were greeted by the owners father on arrival, who filled us in on all the necessary information of the local village Hillsborough and how to get to Belfast. We then met David the owner, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully furnished and there is a real home atmosphere, like your one of the family.   Its clean, the owner is amazingly hospitable and friendly. They make sure we have what we need for the overnight stay. The room is very comfy and feels like you are sleeping in your own bed. The room that we had was very large and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent.We can recommend the fruit pancakes.The hotel is a 30 minute drive from Belfast and there is easy access to the surrounding countryside.   I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! That is what i call service, without their help we could not have attended the event.
