I have stayed in many hotels, and for the price, this is the best hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in, period. Amazing value for the money. My apartment was modern, contained all utensils needed for cooking, and in general, was better than my real apartment back home. Everything. We did noy wish to leave as it was like being at home. Asked for sheets for the sofa bed and they were delivered right away (although sheets were in the wardrobe I just had not found them) We all had a great time here. Would go back tomorrow.

Just from the website along with my apartment booked I suggested it to the group I was with and another 3-4 apartments was also booked. Fantastic location, close to Guiness Storehouse and near enough to the city centre. Apartments are a great size and fully equipped with everything. Reception staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.The apartments were spotless and very stylish, the beds were extremelycomfortable, and the location was ideal only a ten minute walk intotemplebar, very enjoyable, a must stay for anyone. The apartment was a exqusite, mint condition 5 star pent house. We was the first occupents and it was beautiful. Perfect in every way. Exactly as the website and pictures advertised.location to city centre and also dublin zoo. appartments well equipped and the fact that our cars were secure in the carpark assessed by electronic gates and monitored by CCTV. . We had trouble finding the apartments. The signage in Dublin has much to be desired and we didn't see a sign on the outside of the building. It was by chance we stumbled in to ask directions!. Had to change room on first night as shower not working, however thiswas not a great hassle. Only one key - as it was necessary to have a key to be able to go in and out from the building where the apartment is located, it would have been complicated to go in and out separately - we had to leave and enter the apartment together - 4 friends can often prefer to do things on their own. A shop near the entrance could have been useful,. We had some problems with the water heater. The water was only warm for 5 mins so had difficulty taking showers. The hotel staff did give us another room to take showers in so that was very considerate of them.It was a little challenging because there were no electrical outlets inthe bathroom. Needs bigger sign outside as took me ages to find it!. Was not keen on the big window in the door that had no blindls or shade to cover it. you could see right into rooms!. Was told by locals that is was not in a good area, however did not have any problems.walls very thin. Keep in mind that seven people in one appartment have to use one combined rest- and bathroom. but thats all!. Feels like they're still working the bugs out of the new construction, such as the water saving toilets that take forever to fill, rendering them inoperable after a few flushes -- a definite problem for 4-5 people staying in a 2BR apartment (hint: use the pitcher from the kitchen to manually fill the toilet reservoir). The apartment was quiet noise.internet service was not available for most of our stay. Shortage of hot water and having to use the boost facility. We were three people and it would have been an impossible situation had we been more than that. WiFi was not available but staff did all they could to soove the problem. The hot water times were a bit limited but the boost system worked OK, so it wasn't too much of an issue. Was not enough hot water at night to accommodate four showers.
