Hotel Uhl surpased our expectations. After a very long journey we were immediately set at ease by Robert who warmly greeted us. He effeciently checked us in, showed us where to park, and pointed us in the directlon of the Night Watchman Tour. Rooms were charming and clean. Breakfast was good. But the service was above and beyond. Our youngest child left behind his beloved Teddy Bear. Robert responded immediately to our emails and tracked it down at the laundry company and shipped it back.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is family run and you couldn't ask for more personal service. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were imaculate. Breakfast was included and it was very good. I would stay at this hotel again.The view on the backside of the hotel was fabulous. The location next to one of the many gates was nice as was one of the entrances to the wall was nearby. Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean...It was a cozy, warm atmosphere and the family that owned the hotel was very accomodating and gracious.The Staff were friendly and very accommodating for our needs. Would stay there again for sure. Fantastic location, felt like we were walking out into a fairytale each morning!. Friendly staff and a guest house with parking in the Centre of Rotenburg. wonderful location and friendly personel. Rothenburg is such a special place that just being there is a joy in itself. The double room under the roof had a fatastic view but unfortunately only two single beds.The rooms are small and there is no elevator at the Hotel.There was no soap or shampoo in a shower room.
