The location of this hotel could not be better. It is very close to quaint old town Rothenburg yet on a sidestreet so it was quiet. The hotel staff was so helpful when we had an issue with our rental car, as well as with restaurant recommendations and directions. Inparticular, the young woman working at the desk who just arrived from South Africa was so wonderful to us. Breakfast was delicious. all reviews »
Location was great! Near shopping, Marktplatz, yet quiet inside the room. Room was large, esp. bathroom, with a large garden tub, not just a shower, so we could easily bathe our baby. Staff friendly, accomodating. Nice and clean.The room was very nice - large room with the full bathroom on a lower level - also the location is fantastic! We also had cookies, fruits and water as part of the room - the breakfast buffet was good. Helped with bags up steps; lovely room, large with sitting area. secure parking for auto. convenient location. located wihtin walls of old city.Large room. The size of the room and the bathroom were very impressive. All was clean and proper and we appreciated the complimentary mineral water and Schneeball. Nice extra touch!. We hardly had any experience because we only stayed over night for about 10 hours, but what we saw was very good. Everything was fine. Free internet connection, large clean room, very nice staff. Central location and very quiet after the night walking tours ended. The theme rooms are a little goofy but overall clean and comfortable. had difficulty getting to internet.Paying extra to park. The bed for our son was really too small for a six year old. His legs stuck out. Maybe good for a four year old max.Breakfast was so-so. Needs more sound proofing between floors.Very hard to find initially without help from locals. Needed elevator!. We had asked for a double bed, but received two twin beds. Not a hugedeal, but would have been nice to know before arriving there.The size of room is very variable but does not seem to be represented by the rate. Downstairs bathroom wasn't nice or convenient. Mold in the bathroom and springs poking out of the matress. Hotel needs refurbishing. The breakfast was very poor!.
