The rooms were great! Soft lightbulbs, not clinical white.. Nice and
bright lighting. Whole room was very warm and attractive. Beds, sheets
and pillows were very nice, room layout was very friendly. The sink and

Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner. Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.

The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. The room itself was more than a room, but really a suite, equipped with a king-sized bed. There was a stove, and a fridge, and a little porch where one could eat. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage.
