  I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched.   We stayed at Podollan after I had surgery and the room could not have been more conducive to my needs. Lots of space to move around in the room, nice modern furniture, the dinning room staff were excellent; I felt like we were at a five star resort. The bathroom was very spacious and we had the most comfortable beds and pillows. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.

  The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing.   We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had.   The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.
