  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Always friendly we walked out of our room and we had two different people at different times say good morning it was awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they were able to give it back!

  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom h - The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  We have stayed at best western on the last two trips to Canada, staying 14 days each trip. I have an elderly relative living in Canada so it makes it very easy to be picked up on our days out. It is also ideal for accessing the c train where we have traveled the length and breadth of Calgary linking up with the bus services.   The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal.   The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.   The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels. Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room. My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. - very good for a longer stay. I paid for the most basic room but had a fridgevans... what people say » microwave and lots of space.
