  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, 2nd sink, desk, chair and ottoman, flat screen tv, safe, even an actual closet for your coat and s... what people say » hoes. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom h - The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel. ... what people say » DEFINATELY will be staying here again this summer!!! - The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room! The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet.   Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels. Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.   Room was big and clean...very quiet. It was very convenient to stay there and do a bit of Casino fun and watch the Big Sugar Concert. Had a lot of fun, met some interesting people. - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with two large dogs and it was not problem at all. Very good place to stay. - I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!

  We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close location to the airport worked out well.
