Friendly staff, good service. Surprise upgrade to a loft penthouse after they were not able to put my family and our friends on same floor of hotel. Really close to entertainment centre, darling harbour and capital theatre. Right next door to central station. Rooms very clean.

Airport but also closer to tourist attractions than the airport hotels.

We were in the hotel for less than a day. It was a stop over to catch the Melbourne train early the next morning before breakfast. We did appreciate the continental breakfast delivered to our room.
loved the location...so easy to get to everything...the front desk staff were ssoooo great...very friendly...very helpful...this is my sydney hotel from now on when i go back to australia.
The location was great. The room was relatively quiet - I heard more from the young family in the next room than the very busy road downstairs. The bed was comfortable.
I selected this apartment hotel as it was in walking distance with luggage from Central Station. I liked using the pool and the space in the apartment.

My loft apartment had obvious issues - a leaking roof at some point, patched walls and a broken toilet roll holder. However I was upgraded to that room and was only charged the cheaper studio room rate so thought the price was fair and these things were minor. The room was clean.

The bathroom was a little run-down and looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry - there were still streaks on the shower door and the toilet seat looked old. I found the wireless fee extremely expensive. Also, the curtains had come out of their hooks in places so I climbed on a chair to fix but the room was still too light at night.
The noise of the traffic outside and the air conditioner I supposed rattling the mirror wardrobe doors. I pulled out the door swipe from the slot and that stopped the internal noise. Also turned off the fridge at the power point as it was noisy too. It needed a defrost as there was ice built up in the freezer section, so cleaned up the slushy ice and water from the freezer cabinet in the morning prior to turning it back on.
Second bedroom had no window or venilation so very stuffy but otherwise comfortable.
Constant high pitched whirring sound throughout the room during our stay.

Couldn't get the TV remote to work.
How expensive the goods in the bar are i.e. the goods in the fridge. I refrained from touching any of those goods.
It didn't have clear instructions on how to turn on the lights with the card near the door.

The Pillows and the fact that the washing machine. It was not fixed even after it being reported to teh front desk twice.

Tried to swop to a one bedroom for our third nigh as out friends had to go home early, reception said they couldn't do it so we had to stay in out original room. Hotel wasn't full.
Wifi suppose complimentary half hour, but never make it, very mean, not
allow even at lobby, worse than most less modern cities, even Russia.
