  We loved -we made a request for a late check out and was contacted before we checked in to confirm -we were also given a quiet room away from the main road as we had requested -the location of the apartments -the welcoming and friendly check in/out from Kate at the front office -the cleanliness of the room -the modern and fresh decor of the roo... what people say » ms and hotel -the quiet atmosphere and lovely layout of the hotel -the pool area looked very inviting for summer -the lobby area was relaxing -the roo - I rented a cot that was provided at a flat rate of $10 no matter how many days we stayed. The cot was also very clean with sheets and blanket that with attractive prints that children like. It is way better than some of the cots I have rented at other apartments. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

  We loves the fact we could book just one night (a huge thumbs up) and how central we were. The spa was a real winner,incredibly relaxing after a long drive. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Right after the booking online, I was contacted shortly by Pier 21 directly to confirm the booking.   Great for the kids, away from town and close to beach. Forgot to come in and mention that the toilet in our apartment (I think we were in 82) had a bit of a leak and the taps were too hard for the kids aged 6 & 9 to turn on in the bathroom and kitchen, a little bit of a pain having to turn them on for them all the time but no biggy!! We were return visitors. ;o) - I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

Would definitely come back and stay for longer next time. Although it is a drive from Margaret river town it is right next to the beach and an all round great spot!!
