The location was convenient, having a shop inside the hotel was so handy. Staff were very friendly, I liked being able to pay for a late check out. I had friends visit and they were impressed with the facilities and the cost was very reasonable. It was nice to receive a carton of milk on arrival and to have bottled water ready in the fridge in the room. The accommadation and facilities were comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and has great access to the Cat (free city Buses) services of Perth, also straight across the road is a mall with factory outlet stores for the shopper.

The location is also very strategically located, 10 steps to Yellow cat bus stop and 5 minutes walking distance to City West Station. Value for money. We enjoyed our stay there. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It was pleasant to be greeted with such courtesy at the end of a long flight. The property is well situated with the convenience of a free Yellow Cat bus service just outside the door. Reception staff were very friendly. Travelling from Bunbury way it was great to be able to leave our car parked at the hotel and go shopping before checking in. luck for us our room was ready so we were able to go straight up at 11.30am. Price was good and relevant to what we received in service. Very friendly cheerful and extra helpful staff at reception desk! Location to buses, train station, CBD. Location to Outlet store shopping. The location I guess was important for us , close to the Perth Arena. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. Bathroom was looking a bit grotty. Found the car park a little cramped in size but manageable. The rest of the staffs weren't very friendly and not very helpful, except for the Night Manager. The TV was functional though a little small. A bit noisy out the windows, double glazing to stop foot and car traffic noise would help. Traffic sounds funneled up side of the building and could be disturbing to sleep at night. The laundry man at 5.45am woke us with rattling and clanging out side in the alley each morning. Having older kids would of been better if the 2 bedroom apartments had an ensuite. Gym could do with expanding or upgrade and same with the elevator but was reasonable. Maybe could also do with a restaurant/café or room service as there is only 1 restaurant near by. limited power points for recharging devices (phones, ipads etc) Power point for kettle very inconvenient (behind the microwave). Avoid to travel during weekend because the shops close at 5pm. Young children playing at the back of the hotel at 6.30am woke us all up. All good. For muslim, we need Water near the toilet bowl to wash after urination and defecation, unfortunately there are none, only tissue. :(. the one thing that I noticed was I could hear every word said loud an clear from thr ajoining room. lift a bit shakey and small. Doors without viewing window. Bedroom fan too low n posed danger due rotating blades. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pan is a bit old and greasy. Room not as clean as usual. The smell in the room was odd. The tiny parking spaces. The parking area was horrible to park your car. The rooms are quite out-dated and really need a revamp. The beds were quite uncomfortable. However, I would stay there again in the future. I don't like staying somewhere for a week & not have a few simple house mading duties carried out once evey 2 or 3 days! It's nice to know you pay for a little service & after a long day it's good to come back too! Ohh & it would be great to see u guys offer a cooked breakfast too. Thanx. got scalded in the shower when the toilet was flushed crappy cooking knife no scissors in room. Didn't know cooked breakfast was not available on weekdays until we tried to place our order. The toaster. None. Wifi was a bit unreliable. the air-con in our room wasn't working and that night was warm. I informed reception in the morning other than that it was good. The cold tiles and lack of heating in the bathroom. Can't find anything that I disliked. Maybe, just the fact that the dryer at the laundrette didn't seem to work well; 3 coins used one after another, and the washed clothes were still not dry. Not a big issue but will not use the dryer again if checking in there in future. Nothing. The parking. A little noisy at times. Suggestion to also have snackbread or bread rolls on offer for breakfast. The second room with the wall fan that can't move to keep the room cool. The elevator was concerning, sounded like it needed maintenance. 1. Bedroom Ceiling Fan is too low and hazardous. 2. Bathroom has no drainage aside from the shower area. 3. Door doesn't have any viewing window and unable to establish who is outside. Stuffy rooms,loud traffic, cooking smells throughout whole building, parking bays cramped. Roadworks took place all through the night to repair a burst water main and it was really noisy but hotel could not do anything about this!. we were on the four floor in room 412. along the floor from us was I would say two apartments booked together for a large extended family with children which repeatedly run out and don't the all with no regard to other people staying, no matter what the time was. The noise from this was like elepants. and there was someone smoking on our floor, not nice at all. (this was a none smoking floor. Was a little expensive for the standard of accommodation, as the building is rather old .
