This was Me & my husbands first night away since our baby was born, (he is now 1yrs old) and the stay was exactly what we needed. Everything was there, it was child friendly and very roomy. Loved it and will defiantly come back. We have recommended it to Mr & Mrs Castlemain and they are staying this weekend. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious, the pool and spa was fantastic for the children. The restaurant was great with delicious food. The wait staff & lady at reception were extremely helpful.
all reviews » I liked that the rooms were dark for sleeping with no street lights. My sons wedding was there and everyone at the resort were wonderful. Will recommend it to everyone. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Really like the fee of a home away from Home not a hotel :-). I liked having the unit close to the pool. Had a minor problem with TV. The volume on 9 was not working. Q. Loved the spa!!!! Very nicely set out villa. Lovedthat there is a pool and gym. Wish we had booked for more days. Loved it. Neighborhood & environment are superb...nice walk along the area. Only stayed a nite. I should've spent more time here. I liked the fact that it easy a quiet location away from traffic. Amenities were good and we had everything we needed. The location is convenient to Mandurah Centre and marina. The two rooms are generous in size and well fitted out. Location, size - very roomy and comfortable, had everything we needed. Quiet, would love to book a 3 bed and bring our grandies next time. Relaxing & in room food service was great & tasty. The lady in reception was wonderful and very helpful. Well maintained resort I would come back again!. The size of the 2 bedroom townhouse was large. 2 bathrooms, pool, spa, v comfy king bed. the beautiful room the service relaxing. Environment, facilites, balconies +++. Staff was great food was excellent. Relaxing comfortable Walk paths. Swimming pool & Spa. Accommodation and pool. Everything was fine. Nice location, easy walk down to the river and abundant bird life. 2 bedrooms and separate living space was good with children. Great pool with shallow sections for toddlers. Staff friendly. Staff were very nice and friendly. Option for room service was appreciated. Weather. All tho the bed was king size, it was a little short. Nothing. nothing. Nothing we didn't like. The outside spa took a little while to get going and we had to enlist the help of the grounds staff. If he had not been there we would not have been able to get it yo work. The tv wad a little hard to work out the channels. Not having a phone in the appt wasn't good as could not contact staff and phone reception was difficult. The restaurant was never open (Had weddings etc on though so a good place for that.). Stayed in a downstairs apartment and found that the soundproofing was not so good when people were staying upstairs. Would request a 2 storey townhouse next time. Breaky was lovely but a little cold. One of the toilets was not cleaned properly. When I arrived it was to find that my room had been double booked and I had nowhere to stay. This happened to me twice that day and I was very upset by this point. I also had a 3 month old baby who wanted nothing but to get out of her car seat!. Poor signage for the villas as it was dark when I got there and found it difficult seeing the signposts. The a/c was temperamental and would go off during the night, we would wake up hot and have to get up and reset it. no telephone available to contact reception. Slightly grubby floors. No pamphlet to inform about services, dining rules, facilities etc. No frypan for hot plates Beds not set up as requested in second room Having to cart belongings upstairs will request bottom unit next time Foxtel reception no good. wifi expensive. Pool closing at 7.30.p.m. Everything was fine. Needs a bit of TLC - e.g. user friendly DVD remote, blinds that close properly, couches that don't sag, maintenance on tennis court surface. Stairs with young kids is not ideal. It's showing its age unfortunately. Requires maintenance, dripping taps, unkempt extenal area, damaged floor tiles and sagging couches. No cost-effective option for a single person only two / three bedroom apartments. Charge of $5 for second towel left a bad taste. Outside door wouldn't lock Untidy outside Some staff appeared untrained Needs a lot of TLC.
