The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. They were kind and considerate too. I was allowed to check in early when the room is available. i was able to catch up with sleep and had a fresh start early. The unit is mordern and clean which make our stay very comfy and relaxing.

I would definitely recommend it to others travelling to perth and want a more homely experience rather than a standard hotel room. Hangwa, the receptionist from Kiribati is the most helpful, friendliest and professional of all , in any facility that I have ever met. Our linen was not changed on day three as promised, and the bird drop splatterings were on the balcony window for the five days we were in the unit. On two days the toiletries were not fully replenished, and on one day we had to request a re-supply of dish washing powder. The glosss just wasn't there!. i had a room facing the city/main road, very noisy when you open the door.. unable to enjoy the balcony relaxing. Parking is quite a challenge. Perhaps you could fix the lift , as it was difficult to operate on the security card, but the helpful staff always were on hand to help. That was a minor detail. The accomodation was brilliant. The bathroom had a tub / shower combo that didn't have a proper glass door for the shower, so it was a bit too cool while showering and also spilled a lot of water on the floor! Minibar items very expensive but that's pretty standard. Nothing. Would stay there all the time if the price was good. With wifi but the charge is very expensive. Hard to find the entrance of hotel parking if you go with a car. Parking fee was expensive. The washing powder was not offered free of charge. Should byo washing powder if you do not want to pay for it. Access to the car park was tricky to find. WiFi charges were high - ok if you are travelling on expenses, but a bit steep on holiday. Swipe cards were temperamental - often didn't open the garage and I got stuck in the lift coming up from the garage as the doors closed and the the lift wouldn't recognise my swipe card, which isn't great cause your lifts aren't air conditioned! Needs fixing!!. Wish you still had the menu delivery system you did last time we stayed when it was Medina. It had numerous restaurants with menu's 4 each & we just rang 1 number & it was all delivered. Made life easier with young children but overall loved our stay. Having to shower in the tub. smell in the elevator, hallways need a good vacuum. Disappointed with adjoining bar/restaurant. Although not owned by the hotel, it has an adjoining internal door and receives a lot of trade from the hotel. On one night, we were told that we could not use the bar as they had a private function. We were not impressed and feel that the hotel should have a better arrangement whereby the bar maintains facilities for hotel guests at all times, not just when it suits them. Need more help from the staff regarding restaurants in the area. The wrong directions given to get into the the secure parking area. Lack of parking while booking in. Lack of signage to show where to go to reception when driving in.Name has changed on front but no where else. Food stores and convenience stores are not really within walking distance and hence has to drive for about 5 minutes to the city centre to get more choices. Nothi g. The bed was way too hard!! My husband ate the pringles before I had a chance. very hard to find the entrance to hotel maybe better signs out the front would help. no free internet wifi in the room. The signage was poor given the name change from Medina to Adina. Nothing. Bed was a bit too hard for me. The bathroom tiles looked worn and like they needed a good clean. the bathrooms weren't very clean and i complained on the 1st evening when it was realised. they were cleaned the next day. Could do with a paint and new carpet no food from the hotel and the bistro is very over priced. hard to find, entrince was confusing and not well signed. poor quality toiletries. Room service was a little slow. Bond money not released for over a week. Money was frozen an my account ($260) for a week until I called Adina to sort it out. Cost of room service faulty lifts no tv movie remote by bed tiny gym. Lack of connection to cbd. Parking arrangements should have been explained before we arrived. Asked for a new pan, got another one with halves scratched and burned teflon. Should not use this unhealthy products for cooking... Didnt like how I requested a parking at Adina and got to the hotel and had to park my car at the convention centre and had fould words written on my car. The staff were quite rude and not helpful the room wasn't clean I don't think we got value for money. The apartment was not particularly clean. Dirty walls, hair in the bathroom. We had trouble getting into the parking area with the original set of access cards. We are still waiting on refund of deposit for mini bar. Very noisy from showers of adjoining appartmrnts... Seemed like showers going late at night - starting around 5AM! (234). Size of room. A friend booked the same package as I did & ended up with a bigger better room. Attached to a loud pub that plays music until 2 + am. Could not sleep and was not mentioned in the listing. Terrible value for money... - Bad and expensive wifi Internet connection - expensive Metro bar/lounge - poor cleaning (the carpets were never cleaned during my stay and the bathroom was lacking of some amenities). rooms are too noisey. parking complicated no milk in room movies would not work on telly.
