  As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream.   Very friendly & accommodating staff. Facilities great, stayed two consecutive nights in a studio twin & two bedroom apartment. Very well appointed, comfortable rooms. We moved to the two bedroom apartment, so Staff moved bags between rooms for us while we were out, which was fabulous customer service & very much appreciated. Awesome location, close to darling - The location is perfect! With a short walk (<5mins) you can take the light rail to central station and the bus stop with buses to circular quay (including 555) just in front of the hotel! Haymarket and chinatown are about 5 mins walk from the back door. Room is big ( for 4 pax), clean and nice! bed is extremely comfortable and the price is reasonable ( ~aud 700 for 4 nights excluding weekend)! - One was not pressured into early rising to please the housemaids. We slept in late every day as you should on holidays. The near shopping centres were wonderful as were all the food courts and restaurants.There is no shortage of entertainment near by, as well as cruises in the harbour, sight seeing etc. The staff were friendly and curtious and we will definitely be returning on our next holidays.

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... what people say » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  Staff were amazing - Aimee was so helpful and friendly - she absolutely made our stay at maze fantastic! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we had to most interaction with Aimee and loved her top- notch customer service skills. Kitchen facilities were outstanding - very clean and very well- organis - Location is very good. Walking to distance to central station which allows you to travel to most of the place on Sydney. Airport to this hotel, take airport train to Central station then u will be here. Generally, this is a decent place and not fantastic but acceptable. However, even in cold weather the room is a bit warm, thus not so sure how warm the room would be during summer as the fan does not appear to be very helpful.
