Very friendly efficient staff, location and absolutley no street noise.We have stayed there when it was a Mercure Hotel. We like the location - convieniant but quiet. Price is reasonable.I was agreeably surprised by the size of my room and the availability of everything you would get from a more expensive hotel. .

staff....100%. Easy access to darling harbour/city. location and view from balcony. ease of checking in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful.Nothing.I struggle to find a fault. There was a strange hole in the ceiling above the bath/shower which I found disturbing. Had someone put a camera in there??. a/c did not seem to work as we expected . . if it worked at all. Furniture ( some ) was broken. non working light ( needed a new bulb) , stains on wall - fluids - curtains were filthy.some furnishing are old and worse for wear. Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom which was very dark. Says it's Darling Harbour, but it isn't really, not nice to walk to as a single female after dark, lots of little roads to get to it.
